Diana at Ma Petite has the best ‘eye’ for what suits you. She has a terrific range and her suggestions are fantastic! It’s a one stop shop! Clothes, shoes, bags, everything you need for any occasion. I don’t go anywhere else!

Such an array of clothing and accessories of which I and my friends have visited on numerous occasions and purchased well!!
The quality of goods would suit many ages … the owner and her assistant are very helpful and the store is well laid out
so you can move around and not be squashed!

My fave place to find pre-loved designer garments. At excellent prices. And Diana is great at finding things that suit which you might not have tried otherwise. Love her shop.

My friends and I visited this shop for the first time this week.
There are some fantastic pieces and we found the lady extremely helpful in making suggestions on how to mix, match and wear pieces together.
We all bought things and will definitely be back.

Introduced to this store by a friend, nice range of fashion, purchased a few things with the expert help of Diana.

The person who works in this shop is rude and condescending. Her manner is so so bad that you want to walk out. Scoffs when you talk to her and throws articles on the floor as she doesn’t like the colour. Bizarre

NOT EVEN 1 STAR - SO RUDE - I will never ever go into this shop again after the service I encountered on my lunch break today. The sales assistant was the most rude, offensive and condescending person I have ever encountered. She couldn't believe I didn't want to try any of her USED and EXPENSIVE items on and then asked if I was local - when I said I was her response was "Well that explains it" and that "the tourists buy from her and not the locals"!!!!! Well this local will never buy from her and this local knows a lot of tourists who visit this town and will tell them to never ever go into this shop. The worst customer service I have ever experienced..

I will never go back to this shop! The previous owner was warm, friendly and professional and I used to look forward to going in there and finding a gorgeous designer piece to wear. I visited the store last week and the new owner is so rude and weird! She kept pointing out the larger sizes to me! She actually wouldn’t leave me alone just to browse. When I started looking in the ‘normal’ sizing she then questioned me on my size and pointed out the larger sizes to me again! Maybe I wasn’t looking or buying for me… did that thought cross her mind!! She just kept pointing out pieces to me and seemed to get annoyed when I wasn’t interested in them…seemed very desperate to sell! There is a reason the place was empty because if you are over a size 12 you come out feeling obese! It’s a shame because I had money to spend in there but after being treated so rudely I will never go back.

Sooo RUDE!!! I’ve given this business owner several chances, but without fail, she fat shames me EVERY TIME I visit the shop by saying “The larger sizes are over here” … she doesn’t even want the larger sizes associated with the smaller sizes. I’m a size 12-14, and then today she says “Sizes 14 and over are over here”! I know a lady who has brought her rudeness to her attention, so it’s not like she doesn’t know what she’s saying, yet she continues. The previous owner was so lovely and didn’t care what size a person was, as long as they felt good! I’m a massive supporter of local businesses but I can promise you, I will NEVER set foot in this shop again, as long as this rude woman owns it 😡

The lady was helpful in finding garments that she liked however when it came to me looking at items on the racks, she kept on suggesting the size 14 and over sizes when I’m a size 8/10. When I told her that, she stared at me, mumbled something that I didn’t hear, and walked away. Slightly hesitant to go back.

Unfortunately the owner of this shop is unpleasant, rude and disagreeable.
Her manner is a great disservice to what could be a fabulous business if she for once decided to treat her customers with just a pinch of respect.

This used to be a lovely shop but unfortunately the new owner is very rude, and also staples the price tag straight to the garmet which caused damage to some of the clothes.
