Jason fixed my computer as good as new despite a major liquid damage. He was honest and frank throughout the whole process. The end result was amazing, he fixed my computer and restored it to exactly where I left it before the damage!

I genuinely believe this is the best computer repair place I've been to. The service was fast, they guided me through what they did, and the person servicing my computer was kind and respectful. I've been to a decent amount of repair places in the past but I can say with confidence that this is probably the best place in Box Hill

I took a PC in on a Sunday, that had a power supply issue. Fox fixed it within 5 mins. Highly recommended.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had what I was looking for and knew the specific issue I had to solve in connecting a monitor to a laptop with out HDMI on the monitor. Price was far better than the big retailers too!

Any time I need spare parts to replace something for my PC build, this is the store I opt for. Part of the reason is that it is incredibly competitively priced.

However, the staff here are polite and professional. They know their stuff, even if they don't have the exact piece you need, they can suggest great alternatives with similar performance IF not better!

I decided to leave this review especially after consistent positive experiences and in a surprising act of kindness, they even comped a spare part!
