The Mitsubishi service team, more specifically Ben, helped me with a warranty claim on my 2020 Triton. The entire process from initiating the claim to finalising it was very smooth.

What stood out for me was the professionalism and initiative that Ben displayed the entire time. Ben would be calling to keep me updated on the timeline, going out of his way to speed up the process if he was able to, and lastly, was very well spoken and polite during every interaction.

I am sure Ben is a highly valued member of the service team.

The whole team were awesome when we rang one hour ahead to get a battery replaced because we were travelling through Albury on our way to Sydney and had needed to jumpstart our car that morning due to a failing battery. They were ready to go when we arrived and had no trouble with the large trailer attached to the car as well. They had the battery replaced in super quick time and we were able to get back on the road. Nitro says thanks for all the pats 😊😊

Contacted back in late January for a quote on a service. Had to give all of our details to create a tentative booking. 3 weeks later and we still haven’t heard anything.
