What an amazing experience. We just popped in for ideas and Sheridan was there to guide us through our options and there was so much options to choose from. Sheridan just paced with us without rushing us with with a successful purchase we are happy with.

When i visit the Albury store I am always greeted with happy smiling staff. They always say hello is there something we can help you with today. I love dealing with Crystal she is extremely friendly and very professional. Crystal always goes about and beyond to help you. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Thank you Crystal 😁😁.

I purchased a Pandora bracelet from the online store but it didn’t fit my wife. I rang the Albury store and Ava answered the phone. She was very helpful and friendly and suggested I pop over to the albury store with my wife.
When we got there she welcomed us to the store and went above and beyond to measure up my wife’s wrist and get us a change over bracelet. Ava has excellent customer service both over the phone and in person. Thanks so much!

I had a great experience at the Albury store despite COVID restrictions meaning that I had to wait in line for some time. Having a cap on the number of customers in the store meant that I had a sales assistant all to myself. The sales assistant was fantastic. She has only been working at Pandora for 6 weeks but she really knew her product. Great job!!

They are soooo helpful and so friendly and are happy to take the time to guide you through the process. I have 2 daughters so plenty of Pandora. The days of buying a charm and sending it away to be soldered on is long gone. And their range of both product and price is great. If you tell them you have a budget they will accommodate. They also stand behind their range - and issues and they will replace, even after warranty as we found out.

Awesome girls helpfull being a bloke lady's or men if there is a size ring or anything ask the better half what her size is it will make it go smoother
