I-MED Radiology Albury - Ramsay Place

Hi I would like to thank the staff at I Med Albury for the care on the 24th October when I had injection into my right shoulder. They were all so kind and caring and made me feel calm. The girls in the office were happy and very lovely even if we did discuss the doctor eye candy together having a laugh. Well done to this medical centre you all made my day much easier and I thank you for that. 🙏

Having a few personal health issues arise which had required My appointments to be changed around a few times was no issue with these girls… nothing was a problem and they were there to help… you don’t find kindness and understanding like this these days and I felt they deserved a 5 star review

X-rays, MRI etc

Secluded location, easy parking, modern imaging services, friendly helpful staff.

The MRI and CT machines have a stronger magnet and provide clearer imaging.
BUT PLEASE DO NOT rely on the reports from this IMED.

The service on the day was really good but 3 business days later and the report has not been typed up :(

A satisfactory place to Visit when you need there services ...

A bit concerning when your report states that you have an organ in your body still that was removed 42 years ago.
Can a radiologist please tell me how this could happen when reading an xray and writing a report?
I find this very concerning. If not what you say it is because was removed 42 years ago. What is it that you are seeing John Moore? Would like a conversation about this only my name up the top is not my real name so do I ring and ask to make an appointment to see you about this error which could be serious. Regards

Partner was booked in at 8:20 so she would be first in once X-rays started for the day as she explained she was unable to drive and I had to get to work. At 8:51 we were finally called in for her scan. Poor effort honestly. Same experience last time I was here for an mri, was finally seen to almost an hour after the appointment was initially scheduled for.
