The staff are amazing and a credit to the store. I've been there a number of times and to different departments and you always receive great service from all staff. A pleasure to shop there.

Really good set up for a smaller sized town ,and I have to say the friendliest and most helpful staff I have dealt with , especially the young girl at the aftershave counter.

Myer in Albury is a terrific shopping experience. The brands we all love are there and there is, I must say, an excellent amount of choice. The Myer staff are very helpful and are not too busy for a chat.

Always plenty of stock, great place to browse for homewares and gifts. Sales are decent.

Fantastic huge store with so much to offer. I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Myer Albury as the customer service was very nice and friendly. The young lady that served me was really talkative which made me feel good about being there in Myer Albury.

I had such a fantastic time shopping for new outfits today. Annie was extremely helpful and made me feel so comfortable. She definitely went the extra mile, by selecting outfits that were comfortable and fitted perfectly.

We visited this store today and was looking for shoes for my husband. Found what we were after, but not the size. We approached Joanne who was working in the R M Williams next to the shoes, she informed us that it wasn't her section, but would call for assistance which she did to no avail. Joanne then went on to assist us with sizing even though she had plenty of her own work to do. Finally she spotted a Myer staff member and called her over, this woman was not interested in serving us at all and only said, oh they will be somewhere in the self serve section.
Joanne continued to serve us right through to.end of sale. We would like to acknowledge Joannes wonderful customer service Myer staff should all take a leaf out of her book

Good selection of a range of women's wear, but you have to be quick to catch a bargain on some of the better designer stock - though staff are really good at sourcing your size from other stores if available.

I would like to thank Ros in the Bra section. She was so helpful and patient when helping me with fitting of new bra's. She was so knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. She should be commended for her great services.

Lots of good deals and range of items with excellent brands! I love it when their Tommy Hilfiger shirts go on sale! I'd sometimes buy them online then collect them at Myers Albury. Items could be ready for pick-up within one day after placing your order online! Lastly, they also have a good range/prints/design of gift wraps, bags and greeting cards💯

Best fashion in Albury. And the girls at the perfume counter always go out of their way for the customer. I brought some dior cologne with my nephews, on a day shopping, and they both got give a sample cologne and they felt so special. They were raving about it for days. I was the most cool uncle for a day and I'm so greatful. I'm always back to sticky beak on the specials and the men's clothing. French connection you rock that store. It's so neat and perfectly folded, and a kind person. 🥰

Attended the Albury store on Tuesday to purchase a suit for my Husband. As my Husband was not available for a fitting I took a jacket with me, together with a pair of pants hoping to purchase a similar size.
I approached a service desk and asked for assistance, which was sought. Two staff members were extremely helpful with the purchase and went out of their way to measure the jacket and pants (that I had taken with me, no sizing on either made it difficult to purchase similar sizing) to ensure that the purchase was the correct sizing.
The staff were professional and amazingly helpful. All the staff I encountered were lovely and made my purchase a quick and efficient one. Thank you to all staff involved you are a credit to Myer Albury.

My sister and I visited Meyer on 8.10.20 to be greeted by Michelle in the “Taking Shape Department”
I have to say Michelle was most helpful and efficient.
It’s so nice to be welcomed into the store and feel well looked after.
Her personal presentation was immaculate.
