Deena and Kristie from Albury stepped up and helped me through one of the most important parts of my life. The two of them were an absolute blessing and I couldn’t thank them enough for all they did with helping me find a ring and solving a problem I had with the Burwood branch in such a seamless fashion.

They had exceptional customer service and their communication was absolutely tremendous. I felt like I was talking to a real person who actually cared for my fiancé and I as people and not walking money bags.

Every other branch should follow the example the Albury staff have set. I cannot recommend them enough.

The ring was too big and it was not possible to order a new one in the right size. Bridgette was amazing helping me to get the Guys at the back to make the same ring smaller even though it took a lot more effort.

Amazing customer service from the time I called to the time I went in and brought the item i wanted. Lots of places nowaday can take a lot from they way this place is run. Thanks very much to the guy I spoke to on the phone and the young lady that served me yesterday. Very happy shopper.

I purchased an engagement ring from here and the staff where super helpful, they where able to help me choose the perfect ring for my fiancé. They were also very quick when we had to get the ring resized because silly me didn’t know the size of my partners finger lol
