Australia Post - Cheltenham LPO

I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences here and just had another great one. Passport renewal process made ridiculously easy by a friendly and helpful team member who went out of his way to make the process a memorably awesome experience. I would travel a long way to get a post office experience this good.

Great customer service. Strongly recommend if you want to get passport size photos done of ur NB. Darik is full of patience & so passionate about his work. He took the perfect shot of our bub in one go. Would definitely visit this post office again

I ordered a beautiful necklace from the USA which took forever to arrive and then there were some other issues - Derek worked with me, sent me a text message to keep me updated and went over and above to ensure I received my parcel.

One of the more helpful post offices. Staff seem to want to know the customers and advises you properly if there is anything you're not sure about. They actually want to save you money on postage. I went in one time, and they even gave me free bubble wrap on the item i was about to post - just to be on the safe side.

Staff very helpful and supportive to my husband and I in getting our passports processed.

Good range of postal products and some tatt. Almost always busy. Staff can be a bit green (English being a second language) if new. It works with minimal fuss.
