The thorough care given by Dr Anna to both myself and my Mum today is appreciated. My mum is elderly and values Dr Anna's check up, advice and her mannerism is wonderful. I would also like to thank Nor (the nurse) today for the way she helped me today. She was gentle, caring and polite. I would recommend both these ladies.

My family have been attending the clinic for several years. We have always found the Doctor's to be very kind and compassionate. The reception staff are always helpful and go out of their way to help you.🙂

Dr Beeby's Service was excellent.
Yes it was a huge wait, but it is expected in our day an age for health care experts.
Overworked because not enough doctors.
You want a A1 doctor then you need to wait.
My son has total trust in his doctor for 18yrs of seeing him. Trust his word.

The ladies at reception are respectful and kind They are always helpful.. My Dr was informative, also respectful to my concerns @ questions . Overall it’s the best surgery for me & my family

A great medical and dental clinic. I have been attending both clinics since 1983. Very friendly people. Dr. Marie-Claire Crilly was very pleasant and approachable. Grant Simkiss is a wonderful man and dentist.

Staff and doctors are friendly and helpful and take great care of my family and I.

My family have been seeing Dr Crilly for about 6 years. We followed her to this clinic from a previous clinic even though it is further away from where we live. A genuine family GP who listens and explores all options for genuine medical issues. My kids (10, 6 & 3) enjoy visiting the doctors due to Dr Crillys genuine caring nature.
It’s hard to find a GP that you trust..

Great doctor and staff have a lot of doctor options only have to ask I found out for myself if you ring and the lady or ladys that answer the phone and are a little short it's just because the phone is probably ringing off the desk they are very nice

Couldn’t have asked for better service , called because of a positive Covid test , reception did an amazing job connecting me with Doctor to get medication Tks

I have been going to The Lalor Plaza Medical Clinic since the mid 1980’s.
This has been a wonderful Medical centre to come to over the years and the Drs are all very good . Especially the one I see Dr Mark Beeby . The staff are always kind and courteous and charming as ever .
My recent visit was very good. I only waited 5 minutes to see the Dr and the consult went well.
Highly recommend this Clinic to all that come here . 5 stars . Marcelle

I’ve been going to Lalor Plaza medical centre for 8 years now and feel that the team are amazing! From the receptionists (who are welcoming and very professional) to the experienced doctors (especially Dr Modaresi). The clinic is clean and well organised- with minimal wait times to see the doctor!

Dr Crilly is amazing. Love the Sunday trading hours. Appointments made easily on line.

The wait time was minimal! Dr Marie-Claire is always extremely efficient and my 2 kids love her. I'm very happy she has joined the team at Lalor Plaza.

Reception staff went above and beyond to accomodate me and my specific request.
Doctor Marie-Claire is lovely, welcoming and very thorough. I will definitely visit this clinic again in the future.

Dr Moderesi is an excellent GP. She takes time with my elderly parents and makes them feel at ease while treating their ailments.
