Mitchell on the phone, James at the desk and the technician that assisted us were absolutely helpful, courteous and accommodating for us while we were travelling through. Our car had a flat tire that needed replacing and they booked us in on short notice the same day. Thankyou to the team from these QLD travellers!

Called up to get my valve stems replaced, they were able to book me in the next business day. Very friendly, great price and even put tyre black on to refresh my tyres, even though they only had to replace the valve stems. Very happy and will be going back when needed 😊

Well what can I say. Great service as usual. Ordered tyres nine months ago as my car was due in. It got put off time and time again. The boys were quite understanding for such a long wait. This is way I keep going back to these guys. My fourth set of tyres and it won't be the last

Always used these guys in the past and received excellent service. This time, as usual, they spent time discussing my tyre options, then had me back on the road within the hour.
I then returned, thinking the car had a slight vibration. 'Sure, we will re-balance the tyres. No problem. ' And so they did promptly, no charge, off I went.
Still thinking there was slight vibration at speed back I went. They once again happily re-balanced them (third time mind you), then took a ride with me to check things, and further helped with advice on what the issue could be (as it was obviously by now not the tyres!).
All for no charge.
"We just need things to be right for you." was the final summation of this wonderful service.
Sincere thanks guys. You have a customer for life.

Nothing but good things to say about these guys. Went above and beyond with helping me out with my van! Worked past closing time with nothing but smiles and a bit of a chat. Very fair price too.
