I wholeheartedly recommend ONE Agency Noosa Real Estate to any interstate or absent property investor. Grant, Maree and Natasha were proactive, trustworthy, responsible and considerate to the requirements of an investor and my future tenants. I inherited my unit and ONE Agency as the property managers and after a year needed to renovate the unit to attract a good tenant. As I had never seen the unit, I considered that this would be tricky - but Grant and Maree quickly ascertained what I required and set about organising the trades, proactively suggested improvements and colours, kept in contact with me through emailed updates and phone calls.
