Had my first click and collect, and as I waited (only a few minutes), I started to notice just how friendly, engaging and proactive the employees at Upper Burnie were, not only with customers, but with each other. Great experience and well done! I'll be back.

Lots of parking, easy excess and great service.

Easy to get in and out of, plenty of parking large store plenty of space to move in store, variety plenty of stock, easy to navi gate, usually quick service.. Handy.

Just finish shopping this morning, 7am-8am (1/5/2022). Love this shop in the morning coz everything is organise and clean. You can see that they are ready for the day. Except for the guy at the self service check out. I asked for help and in fairness he did help me but it seems that hes not happy. You cant see even a little smile on his face. Not good for a customer service frontline. All in all, awesome woolies people!❤

Always the staff go out of their way to help me. Even let me use the loo when I get caught out. They also ring for my Taxi. The products I buy are the freshest and their specials are top rate. My favorite store!!

Variety, variety, variety. Too much, one might think, but not really. I get sick of eating the same stuff, so WW at Upper Burnie always has something new, or something different to the usual stock. Friendly staff, great deli, bakery and butcher. A one stop shop for all your grocery needs and a little hint... shop at later hours, it's less busy and you get through the check out faster.

The man that's always looking after the self service checkouts is always so nice and friendly and always makes my little girl happy if it's a sticker or promotion for the kids she gets a little something special. Makes our trip to the supermarket a happy one

Generally open early and late. A good place, with good grocery lines. The carpark is OK too.

I have been to many Woolies around the country , and they are always mt store of choice. Mount St Burnie stands out as busiest , friendliest and always can get a parking spot. When I say busiest - this is not a bad thing , there are always plenty of registers open

Fabulous Woolies, great range of product lines and good value for most items. Very easy to navigate through the isles and quick checkout. All in all, very happy.

Bakery with yummy fruit loaf.

Great place to shop, staff are always happy to help with any questions, even take you to whatever your looking for, bread is amazing fruit is always good too.
