My cappuccino was saved to be by a lady with a fantastically positive attitude. The guy cleaning up outside the restaurant was incredibly friendly also.

Barbecue bacon Delux was delicious 😋 ate in and watched the view of bunny island, good atmosphere, very polite and apologized to ppl for the wait as they were flat out but it wasn't a long wait for my partner and I. Cheers good service. Tracey - Mark.

I was hoping to see Ronald Mcdonald, and, though he is retired now, I was pleasantly suprised to see Mcdonalds is still filled with clowns.

Staff has the Best attitude in Australia ! They understand what you tell them in one go. In Melbourne, teens must be told at least 5 times for them to understand 😅. Burnie McDonalds is the best I have seen in-terms of staff attitude 👍🏻.

Always fast and friendly service. No complaints ever about the food. I love ordering ahead on the app and avoiding the wait there. Plenty parking, and easy access from Bass highway.

As always, excellent drive-thru sometimes a long the queue I'd say the drive-thru is usually fast. Serving 20+ vehicles will ultimately slow down progress through the drive-thru, all in all, still Fantastic service and super friendly staff.

Grabbed a Quick bite on New Years eve and these workers were under the pump working as fast and orderly as possible, what a great team they had going that Night. Management you should commend your Staff. 😉👍🏼

There was an issue with my order so unfortunately I had to ask for it to be re-made, the staff were really lovely about it! Excellent service, they even gave me extra fries. I appreciate it a lot, thank you guys!

It's a maccas. You've seen them. Your individual experience depends on who's working. Many only decide to review when they've had a bad experience and their blood's up, as opposed to when it's been good, so you can't judge a place by those reviews. Been here many times, and had many great meals, eat in or takeaway, no bad experiences.

Friendly Fast Food | I don't usually rate fast food, however this is an exception, created by a smiling and courteous staff and quality standard of food. Upon entry, i was greeted by a young employee who placed my order with a friendly demeanour, and then proceeded to hand deliver a dine-in customer's food. Kitchen staff were having a good time chatting happily as they worked. The food was delivered to my hand with a smile, and was the freshest tasting McDonalds i have had for many a year.

This is Scottish cuisine at its finest. I've been to a couple of different "McDonalds" restaurants now and this one was also a "McDonalds". I'm pleased to know that the company continues its tradition of providing a ghost-free experience; nothing ruins a good curry like a tormented would that follows you home and is a nuisance for weeks afterwards!
