There is nothing my family and I do not LOVE about this amazing little place! Everything from customer service, the variety and quality of food, the way the drinks are made perfectly and extra special details like including access for all ages 0-100! It is my favourite place to feel comfortable & have a feed do yourselves a favour and pop in for something hot or one of the delicious home made slices/cakes 👌

Have visited several times in past months, always friendly service, lovely home made cakes and slices, good prices and coffee.

Extremely disappointing when each of us had lunch here a while ago...

Atmosphere terrible, old, dated and stinky building. Service was okay. Did not seem all that welcoming though.

Food was dreadful. Toasted sandwiches for each of us, cheap supermarket bread, processed chicken and cheese, both toasties slightly undercooked.

Would not even feed the food to my dog

Shocker of a hot chocolate. Tasted like a cheaper supermarket milk. No chocolate.

Too expensive for what it was worth

Easy to say we are not going back.

I ordered a novelty birthday cake and I was quite disappointed with the detail and workmanship. I showed a photo of the cake to be made and detail expected and the outcome was not as per the photo that was guaranteed it would be. Never ordering another novelty or specialty cake from here and would highly recommend going somewhere who specialises in this field to avoid massive disappointment.
