Way overpriced. I can go to chemist warehouse and get half the price charged at this pharmacy. Wouldn't go there unless you're really desperate and there's no other pharmacy close by.

I used to go here regularly to collect my medication, never had any issues, and the staff were quick, friendly and attentive... up until the last time I went there.
An older pharmacist who I'd never interacted with before shouted my full name across the store (while several other customers were waiting inside) and loudly insinuated that I was in some way committing a criminal act by attempting to purchase my medication. The vague explanation he provided was something akin to Ancient Greek to anyone not employed in the pharmaceutical sector, so I'm still utterly mystified about what it was that I did to elicit such a vitriolic reaction from him.
I left the store shaking, humiliated and feeling like I'd done something horribly wrong - never mind that I'd been purchasing my medication in this exact manner for years.
It's a mystery why this needs to be said, but it's absolutely not a good idea to vilify customers coming into your pharmacy to collect medication, as 99.9% of the time they have absolutely no idea of whatever laws or guidelines dictate their dispensal. To treat a customer collecting a PBS-subsidised prescription as though they are in some way a criminal is not only the rudest possible manner with which to deal with someone spending money in your overpriced kiosk, it's completely out of your prerogative as a chemist and could, arguably, constitute a breach of pharmaceutical ethics.

Avoid this arrogant, condescending and mean-spirited dump like the plague.

Very expensive pharmacy. Just bought Amoxycillion 500mg today.. they charged me $ 17.85 which is $ 5.30 at chemist warehouse .lesson learned never go their again..ripped off. ...

So rude. So expensive.
