Excellent customer service and the security guard was welcoming. He greeted up upon entry and was very helpful as he noticed I need help. I think more chemist warehouses need to hire staff like that so people feel comfortable shopping and have a good experience as I did.

I strongly disagree with the negative comments as I think that the staff are doing their jobs and following rules.

Great customer service from the security to pharmacist and checkout. Staff went above and beyond to assist with my needs and even helped me on the way out with my shopping. Happens every single time - thank you .

Great product, ample parking. Staff including security are doing a great job despite abuse from public and certain customers. This chemist warehouse is one of the only ones I like to go to, store is clean, staff are helpful.
