Yet again another amazing experience at The Mac Shop Launceston. Quick easy and very friendly.

I recently required a new laptop urgently for my business and I was very impressed by the service from both Ryan and Neill. They assisted with the trade ins of my old devices to get the best price and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend the team at The Mac Shop Launceston.

I had issue with my phone charging port so I went to Mac shop. Jesse the lifesaver understood the issue and solved my problem within seconds. He also helped me to reset my AirPods. Really great customer service. Thanks

I rang the mac shop with a vague question about my teenagers phone
i prattled for far longer and gave far more personal detail to the customer service woman Sarah than was necessary. Later in the day as she had requested we went in and she looked at said teenagers phone. There was a guaranteed sale
opportunity for Sarah here. Sarah was not only helpful, honest and 'knew her stuff', when she was aware I was clueless, but she took a higher moral ground and forwent a sale in order to assist. She showed compassion and empathy for the situation instead of putting the sale first. The Mac shop must be congratulate for having fantastic staff like Sara. There is no hesitation that I will return to purchase future phones and computers at the Launceston store.

Few teething problems with my situation but they owned their mistakes and took care of it all as quickly as they could. Thanks to Zac, Ryan and Sarah for their patience and polite way of dealing with an angry whinging Pom 🙏🏻 🤷🏼‍♂🤣

The team at the Mac shop Launceston were very friendly and helpful when I went into the store yesterday. Even though I was unsure of the specific item to suit my needs, their knowledge of products ensured my purchase met my requirements. I had done an internet search for the item I thought might suit me, and I was surprised that the Mac shop had a lower price than the major chain stores. At no time were the staff dismissive of my limited knowledge of electronics. They must have received excellent training in dealing with ‘elderly luddites’! I was very pleased with the service.

Got my first MacBook from here. It's awesome, really helpful with school work. All my friends have gotten their devices from the Mac Shop, no complaints here about service, or quality.

They are very helpful and they suggested to wait on replacing battery on iphone 6s untill it gets below the 80% health by July as that's when the consumer rights on puducts ends to get battery replaced free instead of pneeding to pay $90 I'm sure they would do the same for anyone else that comes in with same or similar issue or something entirely different.

Great customer service and has so many options to choose from, I know I can always get the right product for my Mac because these guys are so knowledgeable. I recently bought a refurbished macbook pro and traded in my imac 27 inch. The guys transferred all my data across so when I got it home I didn't have to reinstall all my programs and my printer just plugged in and printed like normal. Time is of the essence so it's great that I didn't have to put in extra hours to do all that myself and transfer my data from a usb to a another computer. They also helped me choose the right Mac based on what I was looking for, so it was nice to walk into a shop and get a mac that suits my lifestyle. Amazing work guys! so convenient.
