I purchased pet chews and was charged for bird feed in addition to the chews on Saturday 16 March 2024.

As I got to my car, I realised that I was charged for both items, and promptly returned to the shop.

I advised the owner/manager (?) that I did not purchase, nor did I take the bird feed from the store (which was still on the counter).

The owner/manager (?) advised that he had already cashed up for the day and would not process the refund for the bird feed (that was not purchased by me, nor taken at the time of purchasing the pet chews) and that I would need to come back on the Monday for a refund (200 kilometre round trip).

Most unprofessional and rude person. Will definitely not be going back to that shop again.
