A smaller and less crowded pharmacy that provides great service and pharmaceutical advice that keeps me coming back! The intern/student was very helpful and provided sound advice for my eye drops. Another awesome thing about this store is the SISU health station which lets you undertake a free, self-service health check in less than five minutes!

Amazing service tbh! I was helped by a pharmacist - couldn't remember her name but i think her initial starts with H! She was very reassuring and help answered my questions and advice me for a brand new medication and did them while reassuring me - my doctor didn't even help me that much :(

Friendly staff and professional service all round. Everything is clearly explained. Getting prescriptions filled in a very prompt and efficient manner. Staff are happy to help and are genuinely interested in your health and well being.

Staff is nice and ask you if you need help. Prices are also very good. Best thing is this pharmacy is not crowded af as chemist warehouse so you can search for things without rushing.

This Priceline Pharmacy was amongst the few selected in Melbourne CBD to do the free heart check for Boxing Day Test (Shane Warne's Legacy Foundation).

Excellent pharmacists there! I had my flu vaccine 2023 there and had some technical problems in my new IHI account, which the staff are very eager to help and fix the problem:') This impress me a lot! I must choose to visit them again if needed~

Popped over at 4pm to drop a script in and asked if I could collect it tomorrow. To my surprise, Nam said he would prepare it straight away, and complete with some friendly chit-chat, I was in and out within a couple of minutes. Amazing service, highly recommended!!

Great experience at Priceline Pharmacy Bourke Street West, getting my COVID booster. Nam the pharmacist was friendly, informative and thorough. While (briefly) waiting before and after the vaccine, I watched Nam efficiently help a number of people yet also not rush any of them. The pharmacy seems to have customers from diverse economic circumstances and Nam was equally caring and helpful to all. The pharmacy is well set up for vaccinations with separate rooms and everything was clean and organised. Shout out to the assistants there who were also friendly and helpful.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Priceline Pharmacy Bourke St West while preparing for my upcoming trip to Africa. After consulting with my GP, I had a script for some travel vaccines that were not available at other chemists I had visited. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find the vaccines in stock, but fortunately, I came across Priceline Pharmacy Bourke St West.

The pharmacist, Nam, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the vaccines I needed were low or out of stock, Nam assured me that he could order them for me and have them ready on the day I needed them. This was a great relief to me, as I didn't want to risk missing my appointments due to vaccine shortages.

I also had my flu, COVID, and meningococcal vaccines done at Priceline Pharmacy Bourke St West. Nam and his team were amazing throughout the entire process, providing excellent advice and ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed.

Overall, I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service provided by Nam and his team at Priceline Pharmacy Bourke St West. I highly recommend this pharmacy. I look forward to seeing them again for my next flu and COVID shot!

The pharmacist here is really nice and knowledgeable. I work over the road and I’ve started filling my scripts here instead of going to my local pharmacy as I find the service much better. I got my booster shot today and it was easy and quick. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

I’ve been live in the city for almost 2 years and I every time I get prescriptions I always go to this pharmacy. The staff and pharmacist are friendly and nice. Got my booster and flu vaccine here as well. Since im scared of needle, Michael (if im not mistaken his name) make sure that I don’t feel nervous and pain. It was quick and painless. He’s super helpful with his knowledge.
