Went into Bcf not knowing really what to get but a staff member called Scotty really helped me out. He gave me all the best tips in what Lures to get and where I needed to go out in my tinny. Really friendly and nice guy so thanks Scotty for all your help ! 👍

Visited to get a fin for my standing board that lost its centre fin which is very critical part of the standing board I have during the Christmas holiday. Jason in the store helped me to get it, originally out of stock, but he managed to find it from the spare. Without the fin my family wouldn’t be able to enjoy the holiday in Noosa. Thanks Jason(Not sure his name sorry)

Very nice experience from one of the staff members at BCF Noosa. We forgot to bring our receipt to show proof that we bought the fishing rod from them on 18/1/22.We were only meant to buy a part of the rod that was loosened and fell off when we went fishing. Unfortunately, they don't sell parts. Instead, they've replaced the rod with no hesitation! Thanks a lot for the man (w/long hair and fringe-sorry forgot to ask your name) who helped us! Excellent service!😍

The staff at Noosaville are fantastic, they went out of their way to help me with an item I bought and had a problem with. The fault was not with the product, but they helped me anyway. Just had a great experience at Noosa BCF all the staff were friendly, helpful and practicing social distancing. They pointed me in the right direction for a mosquito zapper and Wesley at the counter was very kind to our kids, engaging and professional. We will be heading back to this store for all our camping and fishing needs!

I'd like to thank the blonde woman who helped me with some caravan jacks yesterday. I've been served by her before and she is so personable and helpful. I just purchased an old caravan and we had a great discussion about it. I must say, every time I've been in I've been served excellently by all staff. Thank you.

Went to get snorkeling gears from here. They have got nice collection. As beginners we didn't had much idea on what and which brand to buy. The staff were really helpful as to pick the right gear for us. Also were nice and interactive. Appreciate the help and information we got as newbies.
