Bought an expensive pair of beautiful loose fitting linen trousers and wore them for 4 hours. Stitching in the seams have come undone and there is a hole in the crutch seam. Owners very reluctant to address my issue! Unbelievable!

Worst service ever - hardly surprising they are closing down. The woman serving was appalling - no welcome or anything. My mother had a pair of pants in her arms which the woman virtually ripped out of her arms because she said she made a mistake and they shouldn’t have been on the rack. No apology or sorry. Sold them to someone else. Pathetic
