The rooms here are perfect. The bed is comfy the spa is great. Everything is electric like blinds, windows and curtain.

I have eaten in the Restaurant a few times it seems like the food is very hit and miss. I had the salmon the other day was extremely oily.
The sauce was like it was off the tartare sauce. Squid was nice. For the food i would say 3 stars.
Room for improvement. The staff are on the counter are welcoming friendly and polite :-)

Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Quick drive to everything I needed. Comfortable bed, good air con, good working space for people looking to work and a 24/7 customer desk.

From checkin where the lady at reception was extremely helpful to the room which was clean and well appointed to buffet dinner which was pretty good as well. As oak overnight guest got a complimentary drink and reduced cost at the buffet. All in all a enjoyable stay ps won on the pokies too Thanks 😊

I've been here a few times over the years and my most recent visit was for New Year's Eve dinner with family. My meal was very delicious - pork belly with creamy mash, apple, asparagus and tomatoes with a jus. For entree I shared pulled pork bao buns with my partner, again very delicious. I asked for cider and a lovely local one was suggested for me by staff.
A great night out. All 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed our food and drinks.

We checked in on Christmas afternoon, having arrived into Devonport on the Spirit of Tasmania that morning. Sherri at reception was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for eating and shopping options as well as its proximity to the Wharf and walk along it to the Bluff.

Service and location is great. Room was also great but the technology was difficult to work out (automated blinds, curtains, air-conditioning and light switches) didn't always work.

Great staff checking inn was a easy. . Clean and comfortable. Beautiful food and just a lovely place to stay.

Whoa! Noisy in the negative review? I can't hear anything even though i left the window open! The staff are friendly, both at the counter and in the bar/restaurant. They provided a complementary drink at the bar/restaurant plus 2 bottles of water in the room. Little things like that will not go unnoticed. The room was clean, great shower.. and a super comfy blue chair. For just $150!! Only stayed for the night to catch the ferry into the mainland. Funny pen. I had to keep it. For memory 😂. Well done guys

The bed was the comfiest thing I've ever slept on. We ended up booking another night for the end of our Tasmania trip. The staff member we spoke with was super lovely as well. The shower was quite nice and super convenient for us traveling on the Spirit

Stayed here for a few nights on a recent visit touring Tasmania. The staff, without exception, were friendly and welcoming. Restaurant and bar service was quick with staff always happy to help with queries. Food portions were generous and reasonably priced. Our room was clean and comfortable and had views of the harbour where the Spirit of Tasmania was docked.

Had a fantastic meal Friday night in the restaurant. We had a huge booking of 40 people and the food came out very quick and was the highest standard. The team were fantastic making sure all our needs were met. Would highly recommend.

Food is amazing , I was with a big group food was a little slow coming out of the kitchen even though we were there early and ordered quick as possible. But we have found this to happen before but food is always delicious

Beautiful room, spa was great, but can't say enough about the staff. The guys in the restaurant had the best attitudes and smiles and reception staff were great!

Seriously comfortable five star mattress, beautiful fresh pillows and really crisp linen. Room was very comfortable. Had a great sleep during our stay. A bit of noise from other visitors, but that couldn’t really be helped. Also, the air conditioner filter may need changing? I woke up sneezing. Definitely recommended for anyone travelling. Reception was so friendly and helpful on both check-in and arrival.

This hotel is very well situated and is value for money. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable, and the meals very good, but what makes this a great place is the staff. They are great, warm, welcoming and very accommodating - hence why I keep coming back.
