I have been to this shop twice and its been overwhelming positive in terms of staff both times (In comparison to shambolic farcical experience at a mainland "Apple Store"). Its a breath of fresh air not to be harassed and upsold as per many phone/ electronic stores. Staff are super helpful - yesterday witnessed staff member telling an elderly gentleman he could still use his phone as he wanted even though he was having apple-id issues and was asking if he bought a new phone would that solve his problem (plenty of unethical people would have taken his money instead of trying to help him!)

I were expecting to be overwhelmed and intimidated, as I often have felt in other apple stores in the past but the team here are so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They communicate the process and make any repair, upgrade or integration, easy. Just asking questions, regardless of how dumb the questions may seem, they were really approachable. Highly recommend.

These guys are usually good and today they were great!!!
After losing hours online chatting with Apple techs, they fixed my problem in under 10 minutes. Just unreal.

I find him trustworthy, knowledgeable and also diplomatic.
He managed to fix my laptop with the quite small timeframe I gave him.
I had an issue with launceston Mac shop. They said they wouldn’t change my iPhone battery because of a very slight bend in the phones chassis, but when I took it to Glen it was fixed and is working fine☺. Thank you

Helpful staff, not prejudiced against other platforms, the new iPad is very cheap, (2018,) runs the Google apps, that you and I rely on, $469 Australian.
