Went in the other day and got some shoes and shirts. Staff were very happy and vibrent, happy to help me even though i was in my work clothes, boots and all haha.

They Sell Scotch and Soda and Veja, also Industrie and other brands.

Nice shop, well set out. Usually good place to shop. Went on PM Tuesday 29 May. Poor customer service. We left without buying so did others. Perhaps less mobile phone out the back and more can I help you with that. Could have walk out with stock as young lady was oblivious. Enjoy the high rent with no sales.

As a visitor to Australia I tried to get my tax back as I had spent $600 in store. The TRS (tax) code on the receipt was not valid and declined at customs. I understand this is illegal. Have tried to call the store to get a valid tax code and the number on the website seems to be invalid.

The industry blue and white stripped shirt I bought was washed once and has a tear in the seem. Unimpressed.

Shopped on the 2/10/22 at 4.04pm. Younger lady that rang the purchase up was very nice and helpful (says Armani on receipt). Older lady was very abrupt in her communication and continued a personal conversation across the store to the point my partner commented to me regarding these points.

We are the target demographic for this store. I was going to buy another 2 pairs of shoes but now glad I didn’t. It’s a shame as it’s a nicely presented store with a good range of on trend items.

This shop is an absolute joke. The service is horrendous and to make matters worse they don’t refund items if they don’t fit. I’m a larger man and didn’t want to try in the store with all the staff looking at me and the shorts I purchased wouldn’t fit. Absolute disgrace. More people should come forward so we can close this disgraceful business down.
