From the day we stepped into the store until delivery today we had optimum experience.
Amazing dinning table and chairs.
They delivered exactly what they quoted me back in November.
Unlike king furniture and Gainesville I’m still waiting for my furniture that’s been delayed.
I regretted not buying all my furniture from coco republic.

We cant speak highly enough of the service we have received. We purchased an outdoor coffee table which took some time to be imported and we were kept up to date during that time and if we had any questions they were answered within no time by the customer service team. We unfortunately had a slight problem 2 months after receiving it and the after sales service has been exceptional. Our email was responded to by a call within hours and any of our questions were handled promptly and sorted by Zoya without any fuss. The craftsmen who came out to remove the table and fix the problem were just delightful and so kind. Problem fixed and table returned in days. Definitely recommend and will shop here again.

I bought a rug from Coco Republic. The service was super from start to finish, friendly and efficient and it instilled me with confidence. The rug is fantastic too! Very happy.

Mikayla is a beautiful and very informed person, she has such a loving nature and makes buying furniture easy. She was so easy to engage in conversation, integrates her colleagues to be part of the fun and for extra knowledge.

Went to the Richmond store on Sunday. The showroom is so beautiful. Kat was very helpful and had great product knowledge. Was very impressed with the overall experience.

Coco Republic has delivered in so many areas. The customer service provided by Cheryl at the Richmond store was incredible. She was able to negotiate on our behalf with management and her attention to detail and our personal requirements was exceptional. She also kept us in the loop and, in short, we felt valued as customers...a rare quality for sure. As for our purchase we've undertaken, the leather sofa was and is stylish, classic in design yet beautiful, but if it hadn't been for the flexibility and openness of store policy, we'd still be searching. Cheryl is an asset for this store, no doubt.
