This place is fantastic, highly recommend to all. It's way better than Vanilla and all the other places in Oakleigh, and else where.
The cakes are amazing, the sweet treats are all delicious. The coffee excellent, the breads are great, hot food, everything in this place l cannot fault at all, and the prices are way better and the quality than other places. Highly recommend 💯⭐'s!

Excellent staff, food and coffee!! I also tried their chicken Thai pie and it was just delicious - not too runny with gravy, just perfect consistency and flavour. The eclair was so fresh and had a rich chocolate filling in it. Think I found my fav cafe in Clayton

A great place to have a good coffee. The coffee is good and the sweets are amazing. I ate some of the best sweets in Melbourne here. I come every time I can to have a nice coffee and some awesome sweet.

We order cakes from this place for all our family's special occasions. Always spot on, can't fault anything at all :) photo is a large size red velvet cake for my little one's baptism party. Nice service too.

Lady worker is so nice and the biscoff cheesecake is sooo superb and creamy!! Defs a must have for here

Nick, Gina and the Team offer amazing customer service. The Grain offers the best coffee in Main Street and their sweets, pastries, cakes & bread are amazing. We often purchase our weekly bread from them and their olive sourdough is a must! Keep up the great work

Almost a perfect caramel slice. Rich and soft choc over the best sweet and smooth caramel, only the base is a little thick and light. Weighing an average price of $4.50/128g ~$3.52/100g.
Almond croissants are simply divine. I cannot express how unexpectedly brilliant they are.
Pepper pies that are genuinely spicy with pepper are a precious rarity, well done on also keeping a firm shape. Sausage rolls are not too bad either with the tasty, flaky pastry.

I got a white chocolate and strawberry mud cake and it was loved by everyone at the party. Will definitely come back for more birthday cakes!

Great croissants and the cakes are delicious. I moved a few suburbs away recently and still come here for a weekly ham and cheese croissant and a cake.

I’ve always preferred to shop locally for my bread and continental cakes and pastries. The Grain Emporium never disappoints and all staff in my experience have been welcoming and friendly. The pastry chef is the best in the business so don’t waste your time and money going elsewhere!! Keep up the fantastic work 👍🏻

Amazing Coffee!! Cakes are incredible as well. Definitely a must is their Nutella Baklava. One of the freshest I have ever tried. Have come a couple of times and have always found it hard to leave with just one cake as everything looks so good.
Will definitely become a regular takeaway coffee stop.
