LOCAL HIDEOUT CAFE

It was a bit hard to find, a bit hidden in a small alley. Staff are friendly, there are small tables outdoor in the alley. When the foods came, the appearance was very impressive. Burger was stacked so tall, and pancakes has so many different elements, I have never seen any pancakes looked so festive. Burger was really nice, so was the pancakes. Jam wasnt really necessary for the pancakes, and it was nice to have fresh fruits. Definitely recommend this gem. Matcha was quite strong and bitter.

Bit of a hidden gem, looking for a bite to eat and we popped down the alley way, we were greeted by the owner, made us feel welcome immediately. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent 👌 5 star.
Price was also on point.
Will definitely go back next time we are in town.

Very nice cafe! We ordered the smashed avo + bacon egg roll (gluten-free bread) and everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and the cafe is conveniently located in Launceston CBD. Recommended!

lovely little spot out of the way. had a toasted sandwich and a juice mix and my bestie had a chicken burger. amazing!! chicken was soft and tender and sandwich was toasted perfectly. i was even given a knife to cut a lemon i had brought from home. will be coming back again!

Sensational. Exceptional food both in freshness, display as well as taste. Ordered the breakfast burger and staff were kind enough to work around dietary requirements at no extra charge!! Food was absolutely delectable, definitely worth a visit whether you’re a local or a tourist to Launceston. A true gem!

I'm in Launceston on holiday for a week with my kids and we found this cafe and it was so good.
Staff were friendly and I had a mexican chicken nourish bowl and it was amazing!

The service is top notch. They are very friendly, the waiter gave our hungry daughter free cookies and marshmallows while we waited for our food which was very kind for those who understand grumpy hungry 2 year olds.

The food was delicious and well priced. The coffee is creamy and done very well.

Overall it was the best breakfast experience we’ve had in Launceston. Highly recommend and will come back.

We were visiting launceston and was looking for a good breakfast cafe when we found this little gem. If you're looking for a breakfast spot that serves up some seriously delicious French toast, look no further than this lovely cafe.

But what really sets this French toast apart is the attention to detail and portion size. And when it comes to toppings, this cafe does not disappoint. The prices here are so affordable compared to other cafes we visited in Launceston. Keep up the low prices 👏 The eggs on sourdough was also on point and price was just right 👌

The only negative would be limited sitting area inside so we had to sit outside and there was a small line which meant this was a popular cafe in the area.

Every time we go here the food always amazes us and the staff treat us so well.
The prices are amazing aswell. Me and my fiance can have breakfast here with a coffee each and the bill would be less than $30.
Don't let the price fool you, though; the food is the best tasting and best looking than any other place I've been.

The best coffee we had during our visit to Tasmania, the food was great. The customer service was amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate a young family of six for breakfast.

Great coffee and amazing food. The menu may look like pretty typical cafe fare, but they are excellent and some come with an original twist.

Down the laneway, we had a really nice breakfast with casual super friendly service.
Eggs Benedict was fantastic, eggs done perfectly, yummy bacon, buttery sourdough, with relish.
Fresh Tropical juice and poached eggs also great.

Our first time here - so glad we tried it! Lovely fluffy scrambled eggs, delicious French Toast and Rjay looked after us really well - he was great with the kids. And he makes a great “Magic” coffee on request. Well priced.
