Throughout my years of coming into this store, the customer service has severely decreased. From no hello when you walk into the door to following you around the store to do ‘stock take’ because of the assumption young teens like myself will steal or make a mess. I find this store to be very unwelcoming and don’t feel comfortable being inside knowing the staff assume I have bad intentions. I always feel personally targeted and attacked walking into this store when I have positive intentions to spend my money. Will not be returning

Rudest staff member, my 5 year old daughter ran up to the pink door which was slightly ajar to peek in, she was taken with the big pink door and the guy putting sale stickers on the front window rudely told her to leave the door alone and to basically get lost.. She was crying and I had to hold my husband back from him going back to confront him! Seriously how can a business survive with such rude staff members, customer service is non existent in this store 👎

on the 14th of November, my friends and i were enjoying our evening after school, browsing through the shops along hastings. we found ourselves in peter alexander. my friends and i were simply looking at all their gorgeous pyjamas, trying on items for our christmas wish list. this was when my friend accidentally stepped on one of the boxes left on the floor (safety hazard). the worker immediately told my friend “are you alright?” in an arrogant and rude tone. this was the first thing. we found this extremely rude and unprofessional. my friend decided to try on some items that she fancied. the worker then asked how many items she had, which is reasonable. however, she continued to scope out what was in her hand. she then went into the change rooms and proceeded to TRY ON her itemsand as me and my friend sat on the chair outside of the change room. a few moments later, a different worker came by and started to fiddle with some shorts while eyeballing us as we were just sitting there minding our business while waiting for our friend. As we left the change room and entered back into the main part of the store, the worker grabbed the clothes from my friends hands, counted them and said “i can put those back”. we will not be returning

Awful rude staff, needs to be sorted out very rude, aggressive and just over all horrible. Paying customers should not be spoken to in such a way

Went in on Wednesday, politely asked a staff male staff member that was dressed in women's clothing if there were any other sizes available to which he rolled his eyes and stated that perhaps I would be more comfortable at Kmart.

Staff gave me the wrong information regarding a sale and then were really rude and passive aggressive when I enquired about the total price at the counter.

Place sucks. Only the moo moo's are good.
