Very good customer service, the young girl helping me had a lot of patience with me as I tried almost everything in the store. She gave good advice and was quick in getting what I needed. So good to finally go to a store and get full attention.

Amazing customer service, I called the store on Christmas Eve and did a phone order and they shipped it out that afternoon. And they were super friendly too!!

Sadly as a long standing Tigerlily customer, at this moment I have at least 10 items in my wardrobe and many bikinis. Today I will not step in the store again!! Last week whilst wearing my bikini I tried on a dress and on Sunday when I put the dress on I noticed I should of bought the 10 a size bigger. To my dismay I can't find the receipt.. I was advised that I am unable to swap without tags and receipt. How very very very dissappointing as I have it on my statement.
