Husk Noosa

I love the smell of the store and the sensory range is beautiful. My candle is so divine. Will definitely be back to buy more when I am in Noosa next.

One of my favourite shops , always find some beautiful pieces to fall in love with and the Noosa girls are on speed dial when the new season gets delivered instore . I quiet often buy online as I live in Brisbane , but the Noosa girls are always so helpful .

Visited the store and was served by Wendy. Very professional and helpful and I have since ordered in an item as I’m not from the area and both Wendy and Carol have been nothing but helpful with the process. I will definitely shop here again. Andrea

Working on Hastings Street Noosa has Wendy and Carol believing they are entitled to judge women as soon as they step into their store.

After ignoring our group of three, we were eventually acknowledged and immediately directed straight to the sales section. Overhearing we were shopping for a dress to wear to a wedding the following day, the assistant took the dress my friend was interested in and marked the sale price on it. Checking the website over lunch the same day, the dress my friend purchased was on sale for $110 less than what she was charged.

Exploiting our quick need for a dress and the fact that we were only up for the weekend these women were disgusting. I’ve never experienced such disrespect, Wendy and Carol invest in some integrity.

I recently visited this store with my friends looking to purchase a dress for a wedding. Upon entering the store I said hello to the shop attendant, who blatantly ignored me. After a minute or so she then turned to me and offered the sale section upstairs, without offering any other assistance. While trying on dresses, one of the attendants took the dress my friend liked and wrote a sale price on the tag. My friend ended up purchasing this dress.

After returning to our hotel, we looked at the Husk website to browse a few other items. We then found that the garment my friend had purchased was on sale on the website for $110 cheaper than what my friend had purchased it for.

I find this absolutely unacceptable and completely disrespectful. Not only was the attitude and behaviour displayed by the retail staff rude and unprofessional, I also found the entire visit unpleasant. I hope in future the retail staff involved (Wendy and Carol) are more cognisant of the fact that their actions can lose future business and customers.

Went the shop… The lady behind the desk didn’t even look up, let alone say hello so I walked out
