My daughter and I were served by the loveliest staff member. She was helpful, kind and made my daughter feel comfortable, and even pulled out an ottoman for me to sit under the cool air conditioning. Thank you 🙏

On holiday, first time shopping at Lorna Jane's. Fabulous service from Catherine. Knew the products and spent quite some time bringing different style options. Offered helpful advice on fit. Cat was friendly and genuine 🙂👍

Great customer service BUT, I bought a pair of short at Lorna Jane 3 weeks ago, wore them 3 times and realized yesterday there’s a hole in it, I went back there to get it changed and they refused to change it because it’s not a fabrication problem… well yes it is ! The fabric shouldn’t break that easily.
I am usually a Lululemon customer and own 6 pairs of short and tight from them… never had a hole in them even after wearing them for up to 4 years every single week, and if it happens to be a problem with it, Lululemon will change them straight away without questioning.
I wanted to give Lorna Jane a chance but I won’t shop there again.
I know the girls are following the shop policies and stayed very polite about it, I am not mad at that shop, but at the brand !

Manager here is entirely unpleasant and breaches basic consumer law. I was verbally advised of a promotional price, which was also advertised on printed signage hanging from the rack and then at the register the item scanned as full price. They refused to honour the advertised price because the promotion had ended and they forgot to take down the signs or inform their staff. Misleading customers, false advertising and all served with a foul attitude.

The customer service team refuse to provide an email address to have complaints addressed which makes things difficult to get resolved unless you have the spare time stay in an online chat.

If you want to be treated poorly by a stuck up retail assistant then this is the store for you. I have shopped in Lorna since her inception and have never been treated so horribly. I questioned the price of a sale sports bra because I just bought 4 of them in Capalaba for $40 but they were $55 here (which I could easily afford) but she made me feel poor. I bought it mind, when I shouldn't have. Disgusting service. Shall never go back again and I suggest you shouldn't either unless your into being treated low socioeconomic. RUDE RUDE LADY.
