I'm disabled and the two lovely ladies that I came in contact with were great. The young lady a the front counter was very polite and respectful and the lady that assisted me with my applications was so respectful that she asked if I would like to sit down. Everything went smoothly and I didn't have to wait anymore than a few minutes to get my number called. All in all it was a pleasant day.

Easy parking. Caught a quiet time and was able to get in and out in 20 minutes. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Didn't have to wait more than ten to fifteen minutes, and there were a few there which is great. The people were friendly/ helpful.

I was in and out in under 20 mins, and there was quite a few other customers there so under 20 mins was pretty impressive. Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The queues were out to the car park due to the Optus debacle but the progress was fast and the lady who served us was friendly.

Went in yesterday, put in my logbook exemption form which says it could take up to 21 days, got the email saying I’ve been approved this morning. Needless to say I am a very happy person 😭🤫🤩😘😌
Edit: Passed my manual drivers test there, the lady I drove with was awesome and despite my freaking out (hate tests) so yaaah not even gonna pretend I’m not biased here 😅
