Great clothes

The sales lady was nice enough, however when I enquired if they accept Afterpay and I was advised they did not as they were not “set-up for it.”
Unfortunate, as I would have purchased the navy and white striped beach bag that was advertised on the chair out the front.
When I googled online it said they did? A little confusing but oh well, I guess I can get a similar bag elsewhere.

Obscenely overpriced and Chinese-manufactured but the products look good.

The quality however is poor and really doesn’t last long.

The vibe in the Hastings St/Noosa outlet is condescending and borderline rude.

It reminded me of the Rodeo Drive shop in Beverly Hills Julia Roberts gets kicked out of in ‘Pretty Woman.’

I spent the weekend in Noosa with Mum. We had browse and loved a number of items. We decided to come back on Sunday morning to try everything on. We arrived just before 9am so we waited till the doors opened. The rude sales lady said I am still setting up. We then stepped to the side, she then said the mannequins go there and put her hand up to us. So we decided to leave and never return to this store. The lady was so rude she should not be working in retail.

Last year I purchased a shirt here that I love. I went in yesterday to purchase 2 shirts that I would have most certainly purchased. When I went to try them on, the person on sales duty informed me that I was not allowed to try on the shirts because I was apparently “too sweaty” (didn’t offer an alternative idea or encourage me to return later) and basically took the two shirts away from me. I acknowledged her opinion and quickly exited the store because confrontation makes me uncomfortable and to be honest I was a bit shocked. I guess I should have informed her that I had just come back from a swim at the beach, hence my shirt’s sweaty appearance. Anyway, I agree that I don’t want to try on shirts that are drenched with other people’s sweat but perhaps I would have liked to see a little more customer care and not being made feel so unwelcome. The shop is situated 50m from the beach. Am I the first person who has entered the store with some form of moisture on the clothes they are wearing? Perhaps.
I wish I could have given a 5 star rating but my poor experience needs to be aired out to dry.

Very disappointed that this store doesn’t provide refunds. My wife purchased a gift that wasn’t suitable and I now have a useless store credit. Would not recommend this company.
