Launceston is full of nice cafes and bars, I was invited my a friend to this cafe, ever since I have been coming everyday to try different things. This is a awesome cafe. I tried the filipino breakfast it was amazing , there chicken soup is by far one of the best home made style soup I have ever had. I tried the pea and ham soup. It was also very yummy. I also had this chicken curry, it was almost like a Thai style curry, and on my last day I had avo, bacon and cheese melt, The coffee is strong but amazing it’s not bitter at all. I highly recommend this cafe. The staff are supper friendly and polite. The cafe has a great feel about it. Support local cafe during this time! Can’t wait to come back :-)

Brought a bottle of whiskey and honey meade. The lady was super friendly and chatted to us for ages. Gave us tastings of the whiskey and was quite knowedgable. We decided to go back and get another bottle of whiskey because we are not local but it was sold out. The lady remembered us and bent over backwards to try & get another but in the end she arranged for another to be sent to us. Great service and experience.

Great little place. Quiet, cosy and great selection of wines. Service was impeccable, as was food and wines. Top little spot to catch up.

Charming: excellent service and delicious produce. Importantly, the tea is served properly: loose-leaf, in a pot, with a delicate cup and saucer, and a practical strainer.

I had a great experience today when I went for breakfast. I’ve ordered the vegetarian breakfast and was a big plate full and everything was well cooked, nice and fresh bread and a delicious juice. I’m glad that I found this place as sometimes it’s a bit hard to find vegan/vegetarian options and this one was perfect even for two. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Would recommend this place 100% if you are looking for excellent relation price-quality of food and a quiet place.

Amazing pasta today.. Perfect sizing.. And that butter sauce was so delicious.. Of course the coffee was brilliant as well.. Well done team

Absolutely delicious breakfast for four adults and a toddler. The avocado and mushrooms were generous, eggs perfectly done and juice, tea, coffee were very enjoyable. Friendly service, and helpful with an active toddler.

We had breakfast here today and it was terrific.
The funny thing was we didn't even know that they were there.
My partner had suggested going to sweetbrew which turned out to be closed for the day and then we noticed the devils door right next door.
I had a big bowl of pea and ham soup while Deb had the chorizo hot pot and both meals were very impressive.

A friend and I came in here Saturday 1 May. Have never been, which was a bad oversight on our part. Beautiful decor, spotlessly clean and the friendliest service man I’ve met. Couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and didn’t judge us on how we looked (weekend trackpants lol). We had bacon and egg toasties and a coffee. It was only $10 and was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend people coming here

What an unexpected find! This lovely little cafe has a brilliant selection of Tasmanian wines at reasonable prices. We enjoyed a Tasmanian cheese platter and a glass of wine under the canopy of large trees.

A great place for Tasmanian everything.. food, wine, beer, cider, gifts. Great coffee and food. A definite stop off if you're someone visiting Launceston and lovely for locals too.

What a little gem! Fantastic gourmet food and very affordable! Lovely little library out the back to have a read with your morning coffee.. ..Nice selection of Tassie Gins too!

Best kept secret in Launceston. Innovative food, excellent wine and wonderful staff. Just wish they were open more often.
