Ordered a hat from their website which was the wrong one, simple mistake. When I emailed the owner, she handled it like a legend and sent the correct one the next day, without making me jump through a bunch of hurdles just to get it rectified. I booked a gift certificate for my daughter who lives nearby and due to being in lockdown in Sydney it was very easy to achieve this for her birthday. My daughter's husband told me it was her favorite shop in Peregian Beach.
