Bought a Rifco vanity through Tradelink that had a warped top. It took 4 weeks of Tradelink team hounding Rifco but finally got a replacement top. Would not have got there without them! Still have3nt heard from Rifco.

Hopeless. My partner and I have been trying to order a toilet conversion kit from them for nearly 2 weeks and every time we check to see if it has arrived we get told that there has been some sort of delay or reason why the order hasn't gone through. I would never use them.

Worst service and products range. The showroom is dated and even though it looks to be a new branch. The manager was rude to the staff and I couldn’t understand a word she said! Won’t be going back to finish my reno.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen,just two zombies with no emotion or customer service.
