Nanglo - Authentic Nepalese and Indian restaurant

Really enjoyed the jhol (soup) momo here. The staff were quite friendly and happily put in an order of wei wei sadeko even though it wasn't on the menu. Chilli momos were also very good and well spiced. Glad to have stopped by this restaurant!

Binesh is wonderful host, he is very cheerful and food is on top notch. We had Traditional Nepalese delicacies and every of my friends enjoyed the meal. Must try out venue while stopping in Launceston.

Awesome Nepalese food, a bit different to the usual north Indian food i am habitual of, however it was really tasty and exceeded my expectations. I ordered a thali and it had Chicken curry, mix daal and fresh made pickle. The food was all yum. The staff was really nice and accomodating especially Ganga whose hospitality was exceptional. Thank you Nanglo for this dining experience.

Was a good experience. Our order was taken soon we were ready. Delivered to table on reasonable time. The food was tasty. Staff were helpful. Great place to be and taste authentic Nepali and Indian foods.

We walked around the whole town and found this restaurant to be the best value! The food is authentic and delicious! The staff are friendly and attentive. I will come back here again and again! I highly recommend Nanglo.

We were a group of 10, including 5 kids.
We were welcomed warmly and arranged tables for us.
Provide veg & none veg food options.
They were really good and valued for the money. Almost all the food was really tasty, and portion sizes were really good.

I went here tonight and got the Chicken Momo’s! Amazing! Absolutely delicious! Went back and got seconds they were that good! The accompanying sauces were delicious and spicy! Highly recommended! If I lived here I’d come back every week for the momos

We had chicken choila, goat sekuwa, Naan and all different momos. All were very delicious and very polite server. This is our consecutive second visit while in Launceston. 🙂

One suggestion - Please use ‘Authentic Nepalese Cusine’ and remove Indian.

Very cute little Nepalese restaurant with lovely staff and rich variety of food.
Taste is so flavoursome, very authentic Nepalese spices, all food freshly made to order with all customisable spicy levels, and we absolutely love it!
Will have to come back on our next trip!

Best jhol momo i ever had. Just randomly ordered for my work break. Most of the time nepalese restauant has dissappiointed but i gave it go but this time at nanglo, it was much better than what i expected. Please i recommend people to try jhol chicken momo. The best one

Amazing! Every dish we ordered was deliciously amazing! We ordered momos platter- both veg and nonveg, veg chowmein, signature Nepalese dishes with chicken and lamb curries. Everything was hot and fresh! The smell itself was so appetizing, fried rice and Naan smelled yummy!! We happened upon this gold when mostly every other place was closed for Australia day and we were famished. I highly recommend this place, especially who crave authentic and delicious Nepalese and Indian food. The staff too is extremely nice and accommodating!

Great food, the taste of curries and bread is really delicious. I can totally understand why sometimes service can be longer, and its because everything is prepared in an authentic way from scratch. I could tell that from the taste of the food. Guys keep doing what you are doing, quality always stands out!
