Delicious gluten free food, gorgeous decor and absolutely wonderful staff and service who go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic time! We had the best dinner at Herbert and pretty much everything gluten free except for one dish (carrots) which was able to be modified to be gluten free. The sodas were great too. Everything was excellent and we can’t wait to come back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Herbert and experiencing their breakfast offerings. I must say, the breakfast launch was a resounding success, and it's not hard to see why. Herbert has truly raised the bar when it comes to serving a unique and fresh breakfast experience.

Went here for our anniversary dinner, and it was nothing short of amazing!

We ordered all vegan dishes (which is 80% of the menu) and each dish was impeccable. My partner thinks this could be a hatted restaurant.

My favourite was the Mapo Tofu, so delicious with the restaurant's own take on the dish. Black sesame ice cream was included as a palette cleanser, so each bite of the mapo felt like the first. Drool worthy!

All the other dishes were great too - we got the shiitake mushroom, carrot and broccoli.

Service was friendly and prompt, and nice cocktails too.

We also loved the atmosphere - relaxed but sophisticated.

This is some of the best food I've had - will 1000% be back if I ever revisit Noosa!

Very tasty dishes and plenty (majority) of vegetarian focused dishes. Was also great to have a wide selection of fresh sodas to choose from, for non-alcoholic drinkers. The flavour combinations used for the sauces of the dishes were unique but delicious, and we cleaned the plates. Only reccomendation would be to have more carb based dishes available (or as sides) - rice, bread etc.

10/10 recommend coming here! We had a fabulous time here celebrating a birthday, and Leon and the team were incredibly hospitable and provided us with a great experience! The food was sensational, beautifully balanced and creative. We ate outside and the atmosphere was wonderful! Will definitely come back!

Our whole experience at Herbert was amazing. We had the tapioca fritters, snapper, oyster mushrooms and cauliflower. Each dish was a perfectly portioned self contained experience, with enough time between each to fully enjoy the various flavours.

Alex and Leon took great care of us, and made us feel welcome and cared for. They explained all that went into the meals, and recommended Drinks and dishes, all of which we loved.

We can’t fault it, left feeling full in the belly and warm in the heart. fully recommend Herbert for a special night.

Best cafe is Noosa! Amazing food, great coffee and awesome service!

Delicious food, great service, beautiful ambience. Lots of veg options too. Our faves were the tapioca fritters, and the mapo tofu which came with a surprise black sesame ice cream palette cleanser which helped neutralise the chilli oil between bites. Just need to update their drinks menu to include the delicious non alcoholic options on offer. Would happily return.

Creative well executed modern cuisine. The vegetarian dishes on the menu (and the menu was mostly vegetarian)were outstanding!

Absolutely sensational! Put Herbert at the top of your list, it surpassed every other dining experience we had while on holiday in Noosa. At times, small plates or dishes with an emphasis on creative and complex flavour combinations can either overpower the palate or fall into the realm of 'just because we can, doesn't mean we should.' This was certainly not the case here. The flavours are both brilliant, balanced and delectable, leaving us wishing each dish were twice the size - not due to size, as the portions were generous, but simply because they were so exceptionally good that we never wanted the experience to end.
Our standout favourites were the oyster mushrooms and the carrot dish. Your culinary team is undeniably talented! My only request is to update your online menu. I was eagerly anticipating trying your take on Mapo Tofu, but the menu we had more than made up for it. I’d also love to see your new breakfast menu!

Delicious dining experience every choice was full of flavour - service was attentive & friendly. Our only gripe - it was too noisy. They could have reduced the volume of the background music which would definitely enhance the dining experience . Highly recommend for superb vegetarian & vegan meals plus choices for non Vegas too.

As an airline pilot who flies around the world eating, I have a lot to compare to. This was my first time to Herbert, and I was both surprised and impressed by the whole experience. I will definitely be back. Creative and delicious.

We were blown away by the variety and intensity of the dishes at Herbert. We did the feed-me menu and somewhat astonishingly were given 10 dishes for only $80 per head (smaller served than normal). Incredible value from our perspective. The carrots and the steak were highlights! The waitress was lovely. A must for anyone visiting Noosa!

Almost vegetarian restaurant in Noosa Junction, but even the carnivores will be satisfied. The menu rotates every few weeks so don't miss out on the current offering. The cocktails are innovative both alcohol and non alcohol plus of course some excellent wines. Food can be ordered as tapas at the bar, shared meals at a table or just be a little bit determined and enjoy your own chosen dishes.

I have eaten at some of the best restaurants in the world and this is certainly comparable. If nothing else drop in for a drink and the cheese platter, very generous serves of 4 cheeses with crackers but the truffle honey is to die for. Best restaurant in Noosa region.

Amazing food, beautiful restaurant and lovely staff. I can only recommend Herbert. The dishes were creative and delicious and everyone fully enjoyed it. Fun cocktails to choose from, you will have a wonderful time here.

Sensational experience, the restaurant was full and plenty of people waiting outside for a table so make sure you book in advance. Meals are fancy and tasty, designed to be shared, which is great as it invites great conversation. A wonderful mix of flavours, textures and colours, with a wild mix of common and unheard of ingredients, all in a classy venue. Proud to support restaurants with innovative plant based menus, you will not find a veggie burger on the menu here folks! 5 Stars.

Leon and the team took care of us on such a memorable experience. All the dishes exceeded expectation - full of flavor, crunch, and freshness. I am looking forward to making another visit when I go to Noosa again.
