Great location, clean comfortable rooms, perfect for a short stay. 10% off restaurant/cafe at front is a bonus (they do great pizza's). Would recommend and will definitely stay again.

Great location, right on Hastings Street in the heart of Noosa Heads.

Rooms are a little "tired". Our air con leaked like a sieve and the shower is not water tight, producing a flood of water in the bathroom.

Staff though couldn't have been more helpful. Trying to repair it but also offering a free breakfast in their adjoining Cafe for us both each morning. Can't fault them on that but the rooms perhaps need a little TLC.

Otherwise the room was comfortable. With all that you need for a short getaway. A little bit of noise does filter into the rooms due to restaurants, road noise etc but nothing one wouldn't expect for the location.

If you are looking for comfortable accommodation at a good price point in an excellent location I would thoroughly recommend 10 Hastings Street.

Updated Jan ' 24:

Great accommodation right on Hastings Street.
Well appointed with comfy bed & pillows, fridge, iron, kettle for tea & coffee and shower with excellent pressure.
Instructions to pickup key were received via SMS and easy to follow.
The aircon was very noisy and with hot Noosa weather is a must to get fixed.
The Piccolino Cafe downstairs was very good and reasonably priced.

Not staying here so it was breakfast only at the Cafe.

A great selection including all the traditional breakfast fare of eggs, bacon, avocado, mushrooms, tomatoes, smoked salmon etc, plus pastries, breads, juices and smoothie bowls.

Doh...forgot is was New Year's Day, so there was an understandable wait for service.

Staff were however great and as accommodating as could be on such a busy morning.

Olivia and the team at 10 Hastings were so helpful during our stay. Being a short stroll to the beach and in the heart of Noosa It was perfect for our Easter Break. The coffee and Breakfast was great. The room was neat and immaculate. The overall vibe was relaxed and chilled.

Perfect location, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Rooms are nice, perfect for a place to stay, the only thing that would improve the room is a curtain to block the light between the roller blinds. Otherwise this place is the perfect hidden gem on Hastings!

Amazing breakfast! We've had a salmon and grilled asparagus breakfast - super generous amount of salmon, nicest thick sourdough bread and a beautiful pesto with feta. Delicious and beautiful! It was only $23 and it was the best salmon breakfast I had!

The perfect spot to stay in Noosa. The bed was comfy, air con was great and the room was clean. While there isn't a pool, the beach is literally just across the road and you're within walking distance of some of the best cafes and restaurants Noosa has to offer. A lovely stay and very friendly staff. We'll be back!

Amazing food and very affordable!
The place was quite busy but the staff were very accommodating to me and my friends. Service was quick and food was yummy and beautifully presented. There was also a great atmosphere with fun music and cool interior design. I would certainly recommend this place to all.

We didn’t stay at the motel but had a Sunday night tapas dinner and it was great! None of the snootiness of the rest of Hastings St, staff were very friendly and the tapas was excellent. If I was being critical, I’d say the cocktails needed a little work but that’s only because the standard of drinks on the strip was pretty high. Live music was a nice touch too.

Just had 4 days at 10 Hastings St, a wonderful experience. Motel was clean, neat , tidy and a great location. The cafe is just amazing. Probably the best food at a cafe I've ever had. Louise , cafe owner, runs a great operation. As said the food is wonderful, staff are all full of life and very helpful. The staff are pretty casual, yet on the ball. They get the balance right. Louise has/is doing a very good job.
The barista, Jasmine, has just rolled over two years service at the cafe, this says a lot to me and a lot about Louise. And her long black coffee is right on the money, beautiful.
So all in all a great Noosa experience.
Enjoy

Every time we're in Noosa we go here for a leisurely breakfast and it's something we look forward to! The cafe has wonderful food all around and service is very good. It's normally busy and people really linger and talk over their second cup of coffee due to the nice relaxed atmosphere. They have a warm roasted veggie salad with poached eggs which is my fav. Healthy and so flavorful. It's at the quieter end of Hastings St and there are nice artistic shops at that end. Preferable over the busier, more franchised commercial end.

Went in for a dinner, and was not disappointed with the variety of foods and drinks available. We ordered the meat paella which was not only very filling but great value for the portion size; would highly recommend the dish. The sparkling sangria was also refreshing, very fruity and punchy. 10 Hastings is a must visit for anyone who plans on going to Noosa with different menus for different meals during the day.

Our host managed to squeeze us in on a busy Saturday night without a fuss, and we were glad for it! The Tapas was incredibly fast, fresh and delicious, and the breezy, intimate atmosphere was made even better care of some fancy guitar and vocal work by a resident musician.

Make sure you book to guarantee a table! (And try the fried Goats Cheese!)

Visited this cafe for breakfast and lunch many times over my visit to Noosa, and have to say it was the nicest little place to get a good and healthy feed. Great coffee, amazing food with a really good range of super-healthy options. Smashed Avocado was amazing. Great location, easy access to the park and/or beach, and a really cruisy, beachy atmosphere. Loved it.

Really enjoyed our meal here tonight. Lovey girl that looked after us at dinner and the food was fantastic. Have previously had lunch here but this was our first experience dining there for dinner. We will certainly be back. Thanks for a good night.

For a small boutique hotel in the ever so prominent locale of Hastings St, this is the Hotel to stay in. Miss Lou when she greeted me on check in was obviously rather busy but still so kind and forthcoming with all the information that I needed to know. Nothing was problem for her.

Her and her husband Steve Start ed this business back in 2013 after a long trek after living in both Portugal and Spain with 3 young boys under foot, Noosa became their home.

Steve is a hard worker but I think that its Miss Lou who also is the driving force behind the operations and managing the wonderful staff they have on board. Unfortunately with the Covid situation 1 of there 2 restaurants was still operating and I am so glad that Miss Lou booked me into Picolino Italian restaurant.
WOW.
The Staff , Olivia, Rosario and Alessandro and the magnificent kitchen with their authentic Italian flavours and on point service were absolutely fantastic. The Chefs are SUPREMO .

I started with the Caprese salad as a light lunch with Peroni on tap served by Olivia and Rosario. Olivia is quite the most accommodating and wonderful waiter who enjoys what she does. Rosario, my goodness it felt like being back in Toscano and having him at your service which was not intrusive but knew exactly what we needed. Brava. Rosario.

The night I dined with the wonderful Alessandro on the rooftop I was taken aback by how magnificent the Zucchini Risotto was ....it buckets down with rain but it only made that comfort food alongside a bottle of Italian Sangiovese even moorish.

Miss Lou and her enigmatic husband Steve have created a beautiful combination of elegance without being pretentious and having the nouse to cater especially to their in house guests when they can is absolutely fantastic.

These good husband and wife team and there famiglia are absolutely worth visiting and most definitely dining at their Italian restaurant. I will come back to visit and stay and hopefully their Tapas restaurant will open. They also promote live Music and I am sure once this ridiculous lockdown is finito things will come back to normal.

The rooms are well fitted out and very comfortable.
But the locale is FIRST CLASS without breaking the budget.

Thanks Miss Lou and Steve and the incredible Staff.

I will be definitely back. Anyone who is coming from overseas or from within Australia to Noosa, No 10 Hastings St is the place to be.

Cheers and arriverderci

Delicious Eggs Benedict with cider pulled pork. Appears small but surprisingly large and big enough to thoroughly satisfy. The quality justifies the price although if it seems too expensive there is plenty of choice on the menu all of which appear incredible.

The team at no. 10 Hastings are great. The owner was very accommodating with any special requests we had. Their transparent coffee machine is very cool! We'll be back to breakfast here on our next Noosa visit.

This place is tasty with a capital 'T'. The Wagyu burger was cooked perfectly rare, and the seasoning in the Super salad was more addictive than crack. WOW. I would give this restaurant a 6/5 stars if possible.
Well done.
