I’m a wheelchair user and I was hurt whilst on holidays. The pharmacist was spectacular. Very caring, obviously knew her stuff and helped me out of what could have been a very bad situation including helping me get back to where I needed to be. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. I could not recommend this pharmacy enough!

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I came to Melbourne for sightseeing and was suffering from a headache, but they helped me a lot. I regret that I forgot to ask the name of the person I spoke to in Japanese. I was very happy that he was interested in Japan. I'm looking forward to the day I can meet him in Japan. I would like to go shopping again when I travel to Melbourne.

Paris, Maria and team are like your family, always greeting customers with cheery smiles and warm hellos. There are not many independent pharmacies these days and we are blessed that Creelman's continue to deliver wonderful, efficient service at competitive prices in Melbourne CBD.

I've been coming here for over 10 years now and absolutely love it. Family owned and lots of helpful advice. I love joking with Paris and maria who are the awesome pharmacist. And then there is lovely Sonia who always wears a warm and friendly smile. When I'm worried about aliments they assure me everything will be alright. If you are a tourists or local come in here. You will be treated like a VIP. Now I'm going to say happy birthday. Jesus loves you 😁❤.

Paris and his team have been my pharmacy for over 10 years - service is great and super attentive and understanding to your needs. Supporting local over large chains - it’s so important.

I visit Melbourne about 2/3 times a year and always receive high level of service here.. the lady is always super helpful!!

Until today I hadn't been here literally for a couple of decades & has different owners from the lovely man that had the chemist previously, however the chemist is as good as it ever was & will definitely make it my go to pharmacy when I'm in the city so if you are a bit fed up with the so called "discount" chemists with their bad attitudes and glum faces, let alone the aisles an anorexic would have trouble with, come to Creelmans, I'm 100% sure you will think the same as I do.

Excellent customer service from staffs and pharmacists. Will organise the order as soon as they can even out of stock, never upsetting you with no stock. And get Happy birthday, Merry Christmas and Happy New year from warmest funniest pharmacist. Very lovely family business and very caring. Love it!

The best Pharmacists you will ever have. Paris and Maria are jovial, professional and knowledgeable. Service is excellent and Staff very helpful. Will never go to another Chemist as these guys not only look out for you, but do it with a ready smile and a joke, all to brighten your day.

Paris and his staff are the most helpful, friendly staff....as a regular there as my father was ill, even in dark days they made you feeling uplifted with there compassion and care. Just beautiful people.

I recently needed to pick up a click & collect lockdown order from Kmart and rather than waiting in the long queue, I decided to browse through this pharmacy. I was pleasantly surprised with both the range of products and the super friendly and helpful staff.

I have been coming here for the last 20 years. Paris and Maria are the best pharmacists in Melbourne. They are extremely good people and very down to earth. I would give them 100 Stars.

It is a family owned pharmacy with excellent customer service. We have been frequenting the shop for the last 24 years.

Without a doubt the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. I didn’t think people were still this friendly and helpful anymore! Also the pharmacist had excellent knowledge about the products I was looking for, as they were sold overseas but not available here. I was shopping for someone else for my overseas clients so this saved me a lot of time googling/calling other pharmacies. Will be referring everyone to go here when in the area.

I live and work in Melbourne's CBD. Creelman's has been my pharmacy of choice for around thirty years or so - OUCH! - and a link that long is no accident - that sustained link comes about from complete satisfaction of service.

Helpful staff, comprehensive advice about what to do and a pleasant experience. This isn't my local pharmacy but if I can I would rather go here than one closer. The staff here don't give off a vibe like they don't want to be here (looking at you Chemist Warehouse Southbank on Sturt St)

What caring, kind and genuine staff at Creelman’s! It’s the first time I’ve been in and I cannot recommend them more highly! Lovely people to talk to, who also went above and beyond, helping me with a prescription and other items for an unwell housemate. They listened and gave great advise, did not rush me and also so pleasant to have a chat to! I wish every place I went was this welcoming- Will definitely be back again!
