I have been buying men's shirts from Lotus Rose for years. I love the style and quality! Chris and John are always friendly and helpful. If you want stylish, bali inspired men's wear, then this is a great place to shop.

Lotusrose Emporium is an amazing local business that has stood the test of time while other stores have come and go. The owners really care about their customers and the quality of their garments. Highly recommend shopping there for gorgeous clothing.

Always come here when holidaying locally. Friendly staff with large unique range of which a few racks are always reduced. We often find things here either as a gifts or for ourselves and consider some items we have bought here to be real finds.

I came in with a difficult task to find something that would fit. The store is packed with lovely clothing. Being a bigger girl, it was a little squeezy in the store (half star). The lady was helping me search for my size and I must have tried on 30 outfits. We had a system whereby I would pass out the hanger with clothes that didn't fit. She must have been running that hour I was there. Out of 3 outfits that suited me, I chose a Lululove dress with a tropical feel. It was at top of my pricerange ( half star) or else I'd have bought the other 2 outfits. The lady who helped me was very kind and understanding and tried to find my size and gave her honest opinion, which I followed. I just wish I couldve bought them all! Thank you.

Need to expand the Male range of clothing.

Poor customer service experience! A good range of clothing, especially dresses, but every rack is so jam packed, it is difficult to get things on and off the rack, or to even find something. The owner was hovering and as soon as I put something back on the wrong rack, he whipped it off in disgust and put it back where it should have been. I felt like I was being told off. Not how you should be feeling when shopping, and was the opposite of other shops in the area. I left soon after and will certainly not venture into the shop again.

I've been a client of Lotus Rose for many years now. Unfortunately I recently bought a silk top and after wearing it twice (and washing it once, by hand) the fabric started to deteriorate. I took it back to the shop, spoke to the owner who was not interested in looking at the problem and just said this is 'normal wear and tear'.
I don't believe a garment can be good to wear only twice.
The attitude of the owner was appalling.
I'm a local Noosa resident, and good business relationships in our community are very important. I hope nobody gets treated the way I was by this business owner. An angry attitude and unwillingness to help from small local businesses is concerning.
I don't recommend anybody shopping here.

I was window shopping the other night and came across this lovely shop which was packed with beautiful clothes and all the brands I love! I couldn’t wait to go in there and stock up on a new wardrobe… until I read the reviews on Google. In particular, the owners’ responses were defensive and rude. I can certainly see why people gave them a bad rating! Needless to say, I’ll stick with Birdsnest! Same clothes, but much friendlier people! Update: and the response to my review says it all!

a top was bought for me by a friend in late october 2016 it was to big so exchanged it for a dearer one plus $20 so it was $99.99 .H ave worn it 4 times hand washed it twice and it is falling apart in the lace and seems took it in in may the shop was shut for 2 weeks bought in yesterday and the owner just shut me down he didn't want to look at even the material is week he just kept going on thats too long ago its a $100 top surly its got a longer life span then that rude and terrible attitude by owner iam a local and will never shop there again
