Great service. Went in to buy a piano that I had started to research. Customer service was fabulous and the gentleman who helped me was a guitar player not even a pianist. Purchased the piano after he spent a long time educating me on the options. Piano was delivered and installed without any issues.

I bought this Guild T 50 Slim this week. What a guitar! I was told it was better than a competitors model, but I'll even go further. It is comparable to my old 1947 Gibson ES 125. Now that's saying something. Absolutely in love with this guitar after only one week. Awesome.

Came in clutch for a guitar rental last minute for a wedding processional. Ended up falling in love with an irresistible Cole Clark that I am taking back home to the states. Had to have it shipped to our hotel in Sydney and they took care of everything.

My go-to when it comes to music equipment, nice range of products for a medium sized shop. The owner 'Tim' was more than happy to spend time talking about keyboards and audio interfaces and even let me demo their Yamaha synth.

Fantastic staff that do their best to match your needs and price range for the musical equipment you are after. I have been a customer of their store for many years and will always come back for more musical equipment whenever I need it, which is quite often. My son has been having drum lessons for a year and a half at Music at Noosa with Ross Farrant and this is going very well. Thank you to all the staff at Music@Noosa.

I bought the most beautiful and wonderfully sounding (also hard to find in Australia) Cordoba 35T ukulele from Music@Noosa. Tim was generous with his time and sorted out everything that needed sorting around that. The delivery to Melbourne by courier took 5 days, which was amazing especially amid coronavirus. Great little music shop that looks after the locals well. Staff are brilliant - super friendly and knowledgeable. A decent range of gear too. If they don't stock it, they'll order it. Shop local and support local.

THE best music shop i have ever dealt with period in 20 years.
I travel from Brisbane to see these guys and i always get the deal im after and excellent service. They dont waste your time. I had a manufacturing fault on an amp and the next day is was booked in and dealt with at their expense.
Tim and his gang know music and over the last 3 or so years i have shopped with them they keep an eye out for items that interest me and contact me when or just prior to the item arriving. its this level of service i dont find anywhere else.

UPDATED 12/08/2109 - He thinking about how much I have bought since my initial review. Everything I buy from Tim and team is at the highest of standards and warrantys. I always seem to get a 'good thing' for a good price. not a 'cheap thing' for a 'cheap price.

Service has been exceptional alway making me feel like they have time for me and my endless questions!!

Very good service - Very knowledgeable and lead me to buying a great Yamaha ES-6, sooo happy with it, and even sorted some after hours service god because I called and spoke to Tim and he gave me some really good advice on settings etc...

I recently lashed out and bought a new C.F Martin guitar here and found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They have a good range of instruments and gear. Best music store on the Sunny Coast. Thanks Tim! I'll be back for sure!
