Lovely experience as a local I regularly pop in to Kookai and have always found the staff very helpful

All I have to say is if only the staff were as nice as the clothes.

OMG I attended your Noosa store just now, and what BAD customer service. In Brisbane you are greeted by a staff member, and they take your cloths to the dressing room for you. Here in Noosa you are ignored by both staff, they look you up and down and the say nothing. I had 5 garments I was struggling to carry and the lady looked at me and waited until I got out of her way so that she could keep shuffling cloths between racks. I will never shop here again. The shop was also dead so there was no excuse for not even saying hi. If you don’t want to serve customers then don’t be in customer service.

Note to management: please don’t bother replying to my comments with the number for your customer service line. You have my feedback and the feedback of multiple other women complaining of the same issues. Take action, unless you don’t care.

I was actually shocked at how poor my experience was. I am a huge Kookai lover, most of my wardrobe is Kookai. I was in Noosa on a holiday from Melbourne. So of course I wanted to go into the store. In ALL Melbourne stores, you get greeted straight away with a lovely lady smiling at you.

When I first went into the Kookai Noosa store, I was ignored the entire time I was in there. It was only myself and my mum in the store - no other customers. The sales assistant would walk by me not acknowledging my existence. I didn't buy anything the first time. When you walk into a store that you love and staff members don't even say hello it makes you feel a certain way - it's not a nice feeling.

The second time I went in, I knew I wanted to try on a pair of pants. Again, I was completely ignored and was not welcomed. I have never experienced this from Kookai staff before. It was only when I walked into the change room a staff member acknowledged me and when I checked out. I was so speechless at my experience for the 2 times I went in, I went straight to Google Reviews for the store and saw that many other people have not had a good experience. I really didn't want to buy the pair of pants because of how poor the experience was but the pants were sold out online and in stores in Melbourne so I had to get them.

The girls working on Saturday were disgusting, so rude and kicked us out half way through trying on clothes that is unheard of in retail, 3 girls were working and instead of helping us 2 we’re trying on clothes instead of servicing the customers, multiple customers agreed with us… we didn’t even have the option to buy something we were told to place it on hold and come back the next day to try it on, absolutely disgusting better staff needs to be at kookai!

Awful customer service. I wanted to buy a few items but would prefer to buy online. Not even a hello or goodbye. Only looked up and down - exceptionally rude.

Skinny people only. Over priced cheap material apparently only looks good on size 12 and below according to this company. Still only size 6 available. Good reviews I suspect are fro. Size appropriate staff

I love the brand, the style and material are great. However the service at this store is very poor. The store lady (maybe manager) wasn't very helpful.
