I could not fault my experience today at Gawler Post Office.
Staff were friendly. My appointment was at 9:30 and I was met by Michelle on time. Michelle dealt with my passport inquiry. Very professional and a great sense of humor. Was in and out very quickly.

Competent staff who know their stuff. People who expect staff that work flat-out all day to be always smiling like circus clowns need to get real and stop whinging about things which are totally irrelevant to getting the job done. Ignore the low star counts, some people place far too much importance on their own importance.
