We recently purchased our home through Century 21 Conolly Hay Group and wanted to give some feedback on the experience.

Our first point of contact was executive p.a. Caroline Schleppegrell. Since our only option was a virtual viewing, our showing was given by Caroline and principle Mike Hay.

Mike's laid back presentation was indicative of an experienced broker not seeking a forced sale strategy that can be so off-putting for most people.

After our virtual showing Caroline took over all discussion and negotiation. Despite beginning the process far apart on price, Caroline adeptly brought buyer and seller seamlessly together. She worked tirelessly to respond to every issue we raised. It is fair to say that without her, this deal simply would not have gotten out of the starting gate. Her level of professionalism in this transaction was way beyond any expectation we may have had.

I don't think it would matter what the service or the industry, when someone stands head and shoulders above the rest it should be made note of. It is all too easy to criticize but praise is equally important. Caroline Schleppegrell is a huge asset to her agency and we have no doubt she has the most promising career ahead of her.

I deal with hundreds of agents across Queensland given I act for the buyer in the transaction and I can hand on heart say that Mike and his team are the best in the business. Always easy to reach, transparent and go over and above. I'd have no issues in referring my clients to them should they have interest in selling.

Every aspect of our experience buying our house through Century21 Conolly Hay Group Noosa Heads was excellent. Gavin and Leon kept us informed at all times, treated us fairly as potential buyers, and helped out with tips on inspectors etc when we were making the decision. We'd certainly use them if/when we sell our house.

We have never written a testimonial about any agent in the 30 properties we have lived in in over 40 years.

However in this instance we feel it is genuinely warranted.

Properties around us were selling within days of hitting the market and the only feedback we received was negative. Road noise, stairs, fencing etc.

Our property had been on the market for 2 months when Dean from Century 21 approached us as we were about to withdraw it from the market.

He proposed a different marketing strategy from day one and managed to secure a sale in a very short space of time at a level which exceeded our expectations. A street record I believe.
