Zilba is the best shop I've found in Australia for Aetrex sandals - my mum who has large bunions on her feet cannot wear other brands. I had trouble determining the right size for her but the customer service team were so patient with my many emails and recommended the right size. I mentioned that I needed to get the shoes to my mum in 3 weeks and they promised to send it out asap. It arrived the very next day (!!!!), in time for some lovely family photos. I am so grateful and happy. Thank you Peter and team!

Zeta shoes are so comfortable and I do have some in my wardrobe still. To order the ones I saw and liked was hard. Because either no one had my size, or they charged to much for shipping. Get Set Footwear had my size & didn’t charge me for shipping. Bargain 😁. Once I filled out the requirements that was it. Sent to me ASAP. Thank you to Get Set Footwear 🙂

Amazing service and one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve had. Super friendly staff and they stock quality shoes with seriously good prices, highly recommended! I’ve bought from them twice now and both times the delivery was really fast even during COVID shipping delays, and it really feels wonderful to have the personal touches and you know you’re buying from a real team of people not just a warehouse somewhere. Absolutely outstanding experience! I received an email thanking me for my purchase and on receipt of my shoes, a personalised note in the shoe box which made my purchase from a small business all the more meaningful. The Genuins slides I purchased are far superior from similar brands in my opinion, as they're much lighter and have more of a flexible sole. I've owned a pair before and have lasted more than I could have expected, given the amount of wear. So pleased with my purchase and the personalised service from Peter. Dispatch of my shoes was also very fast!

I've visited Get Set Footwear in Noosaville twice now and come away both times with the absolute best, most comfortable, super stylish shoes. Great service and speedy delivery. Really nice people who included a handwritten note with my delivery. Bought my Birkenstocks from these guys and they arrived within the week, same price as the bigger stores, but good to support a small Australian business.

This store has exceptional customer service! I could not find the shoes I wanted in my size anywhere, and they had them. So happy! Highly recommend this company if you want to buy great quality shoes online :).

I live in WA but have been ordering these beautiful Arcopedigo(L19) boots for 4 years now since a foot operation made it difficult to find boots that were soft, had arch support and still looked great! The other bonus is that they are washable . Get Set has the best prices that I have found and the best service. Thanks Get set for my 3rd order of boots which are on their way!

Ordered some ProfiBirkis for work and the size was wrong because there was an issue with measurements and they were kind enough to promptly exchange them for the smaller size and send them back, no fuss! Ordered a pair of Arcopedico shoes that I fell in love with in a Perth store but they did not have in my size. Searched online and found them on Get Set's website. Their site was easy to navigate and their delivery service prompt and efficient. would definitely use them again.

Had a blowout on my favourite fancy crocs thongs on the weekend. What a blow ‘cos I really loved them. On Sunday I did an online search and found some I liked, on sale as well, at Get Set Footwear in Caloundra. Not long after I ordered them I received a call from Juanita to let me know these were no longer available and taking me through alternatives. I chose another pair, and they arrived earlier today. Great service, would recommend this mob to anyone!
