Fantastic customer service from Penny helping me find a dress for black tie ball. She encouraged me to try on a dress that I didn’t pick out from the rack and looked great on. The dress was on sale and was a winner.

I came into the store last Tuesday and the girl who helped me was absolutely lovely, I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. We had a great conversation about one of the designers and I loved the selection in the store. Will definitely be back ☺

All the hottest labels right now in one place in a boutique with fantastic Hastings st location. However the sales assistant working yesterday was on her phone the entire time and I was in the store basically ignoring customers until someone asked a direct question.

Really poor customer service from the girls in the shop. They made the experience not pleasurable at all, and deterred my sister and I from buying anything from the store. They were quite rude and snobby towards us, despite the fact that we intended to purchase items. But they completely turned us off supporting the business. Some okay pieces but overall really limited stock and not the best pieces.
