I couldn't be happier with my Sofa and recliner from Natuzzi! If you're like me and care about your furniture, then look no further, Natuzzi are the best in the business. You know their furniture is not mass-produced but made with such fine attention to detail and quality that it can last a lifetime. The staff were also wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. Matthew is the touch of modernity and high end service that church street is missing in Richmond. He helps and assists wonderfully all my clients. We ordered from Natuzzi in Richmond last October and our furniture arrived May 4, 2021.

Josh & Jamaal were the delivery drivers. They turned up on time yesterday as we had Covid vaccination appointments later in the day to go to. When they arrived our lift was out of action! This didn't phase them at all, they simply said, text when lift working and we'll come back as last drop off at end of day! So appreciated as were out getting jabs in middle of day.

They returned around 3.30 pm and lo & behold, the main base of the lounge wouldn't fit in the lift! To say we were devastated is an understatement as we had been waiting almost six months for furniture!

"No problem" said Josh, "Where's the stairs?".

We were a little staggered as we are on the fifth floor then there is another floor to climb once there to our lounge area.

Fifteen minutes later these two superheroes had negotiated six flights of stairs without any mishap whatsoever! (A lounge chair was damaged before they arrived which they had already informed Natuzzi about and had organised a replacement frame, which is due next week.)

We cannot thank them enough for their unfailing good humour, care and consideration during the whole day. What could have been a disaster several times over was averted by these two heroes.

Had a great experience at Natuzzi Richmond! I didn’t know a lot about the type of couch I wanted before getting there but the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and I got the perfect couch! 1 month down and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase!

Having been to several Natuzzi stores, this Richmond store was worth every second of my 90 minute commute. Staff were friendly, knowledgable and went above and beyond for this fussy, particular old man. I walked out of that store with more knowledge and product satisfaction than I ever thought possible. Two words: blown away. From walking into the store until product delivery, the service (and product) has been second to none. Incomparable.
