I went to this store as my partner said I could have any bag I wanted I was so full of anticipation. Then I encountered the sales staff. I was not greeted, I was not acknowledged, I was given no assistance. My enthusiasm plummeted at this point. I approached the woman at the counter to help me decide on my purchase......and still no help. I left the store empty handed, went to Myers and purchased two beautiful MIMCO bags. Would not return to the other store ever.

The lady she was working on 28/12/23 at around 6:30 pm I don’t know what was her name. She was so rude and looked miserable, she didn’t even looked at us when we were talking to her. I literally just wanted to leave the store because of the negative vibes she was giving. Hopefully someone of the owners or the manager will see my review and see what is happening with her because they’re losing customers because of her.

KAREN DISCLAIMER:
Went to buy a gift from here on my lunch break, when I got to the door the lady inside met me to show me a clock that said 2:10pm on it (it was 1:00pm at the time) signaling to it to say that the store will be closed until 2:10. Confused as to why she couldn't just quickly serve me right on the spot, I never went back after 2:10 as I had to get back to work. She and the store has now lost that sale (which wouldve taken 5 mins as i knew exactly what i wanted) and many more from me in the future.
