Sandy Beach Resort

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Sandy Beach Resort. We were very close and within walking distance to the many cafes and restaurants in the area. The walkways along the river were excellent. Cannot recommend the resort enough. We will be back!

Our second time staying here. We stayed in the 3bedroom river view apartment. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. John the manager is great to deal with, ensuring we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again. Great location and very reasonably priced for Noosa.

What an amazing place to stay. The garden view rooms are amazing. The kids spent all day at the pool. The location is perfect for activities and food. The apartments are spacious and have everything you want and the service is spot on. We rented 3 apartments side by side for a week and the kids had a blast.

Have stayed in Sandy Beach Resort on many occasions over 10 years. We love the location, both John and Tess are both very welcoming. Our a apartments have all been modern, with all that is required to have a wonderful holiday.

Just returned from a 5 day girls trip to Sandy Beach Resort. Fabulous location and beautiful resort. Close to everything we needed. We stayed in Unit 15 - which was very clean and tidy, beautifully appointed with very comfy beds! John and Tess were extremely helpful and nice! Pools and gardens are well kept and we loved the tropical vibe! We will be back!

We stayed in unit 8 and it is fantastic. It overlooks the pool so we could easily see if our family (in unit 9) were in the pool or spa yet - a great meeting spot! Our apartment had three showers and toilets which is handy with three teenagers. And the washing machine/dryer are very handy too. The apartment was very clean and they are so spacious - cannot fault. The location of Sandy Beach is perfect to walk to a range of restaurants and shops. This is the second time I have stayed at Sandy Beach and I would highly recommend it. We are already planning our next family va-cay. Tess and John are very welcoming and make your stay hassle-free.

Sandy Beach resort is in great place to access the Noosa river and restaurants, easy to catch a ferry and visit other places as well. Accommodation is fabulous, clean, and spacious.
The managers are very welcoming and the parking is off street.

We stayed in unit 3, which has been newly renovated and was absolutely impeccable. Great location, service and amenities, comfy beds, super clean, great pools. Absolutely love what they have done with the Reno’s! Thanks for having us, we’ll be back for sure!

Little tip: if you’re planning to stay for a few days I’d recommend bringing yourself some extra towels unless you want to do washing on your holiday ;) as generally only one per person is provided.

Great refurbished townhouse. John was so welcoming letting us check in at midday as we had a wedding to attend across the road. Location great to catch the ferry to hastings street. could not fault and we will return.

Awesome place to stay, a real homey feel with great facilities. John is an easy going fella and clearly works hard to maintain the resort which was greatly appreciated.

Really close to the ferry pick up which takes your straight to Hastings St along the river.

Pool, Spa, and BBQ facilities are awesome. Would be nice next time to have access to the sauna but that would be a cherry on top of an already great place to stay.

Will definitely be staying here again on our next Noosa visit.

we spend 5 nights over Easter in UNIT NO 1, 4 Adults and 2 small children, the beds were very comfortable and pillows and bed covers were great, kitchen well equipped and balcony lovely, John was very helpful at all times, we will return. Thank you John, Cheers Rosie and Family

We stayed for a long weekend in Unit 8, overlooking the pool. We liked being back from the road which can be bit busy, and with two young kids, this apartment suited us perfectly. Having a downstairs shower and toilet was very handy, and the bedrooms were spacious. The whole apartment was well appointed, and it felt like it had been done with quality fittings and supplies, right down to the toilet paper. Location is excellent - right down the street from restaurants, opposite the park and foreshore. The pools and spa are lovely, and the patio and deck of Unit 8 are a great way to experience it. We LOVED our stay, and will definitely be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy Beach Resort. The unit was very spacious and perfect for our three kids, with a patio straight onto the garden and pool area. The pool area is fantastic and it was great to have both a heated pool and more refreshing unheated pool to cool off in. It's a great location on the river with lots to do and places to eat within easy walking distance. We loved our time there and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location, great layout of the apartment, excellent pool facilities, beautiful gardens. Easy walking distance to many facilities, eateries, supermarket, river ferry and more.

What a wonderful holiday had at Unit 8 and Unit 9 for my partner’s 30th birthday weekend. The staff made the check in process very smooth and easy. The pool and spar were absolutely top notch. Will stay here again 100%

Unit has always been very welcoming when we arrive, lights & music on. Unit is always beautifully clean. 100% RECOMMEND SANDY BEACH RESORT. John & Tess (management) great couple, very approachable & always more then happy to assist with anything you need.
We always stay in Unit 4 - 100% recommend it as Unit 4 is at the front of the resort so always a perfect view and a beautiful cool breeze!

We had the most amazing time staying at this resort. Tess and John were incredibly helpful with the entire booking process, answering every question and promptly responding to all my emails. The resort is so central, right across from the river with shops, supermarkets and restaurants all within walking distance. My husband and dad just had to walk across the road to do some night fishing, with boat places located all along the river it was easy for them to get bait and advice.

The apartment was fantastic, filled with so many extra amenities. We traveled with my 2.5 yo and 8 month old and the kitchen was so completely stocked with amenities, even plastic plates and cutlery for the little ones. It was spacious and very clean (which I’m very fussy about, esp with little ones), beds and pillows were very comfortable and our apartment (no15) was right in front of the 2 pools,spa and bbq area… so convenient! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, quiet and safe. It honestly felt like home away from home.

We had such a wonderful time we didn’t want to go home. Looking forward to returning again one day, would highly recommend staying here!!!

The location is amazing, so close to cafes, restaurants shops and great River walks. Our hosts John and Tess were extremely helpful and there was great correspondence messaging leading up to our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

Sunday Beach Resort is just amazing. We had unit 14 this time and the garden view and veranda for eating outside were amazing. The unit was well appointed and very comfortable. Total relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of Hastings Street but close enough to access the beach for a swim. Weather and water temperature was perfect. John and Tess were great hosts and we will be back again in the near future.
